Been here a couple times since I recently moved and started a new job near the area. I always use the mobile app to order ahead. This place consistently has my breakfast order (grande matcha latte + ham and cheese croissant) ready for pick up by the time I get there, which is dependable! Drinks and food are made hot/toasted. There was a time though where they accidentally made an iced matcha latte, even though according my order it was supposed to be hot and it was super cold and rainy that day! Other than that, so far just one-off, it’s a good place to stop by!

Very unpleasant experience, this girl at the window that it would be funny to mess my order up because she assumed that I wanted an ice beverage, has I approached the window we politely said “I wanted it hot” in a condescending demeanor she said “you said iced” it’s unfortunate she doesn’t meet the requirements as a Starbucks barista, “Customers come first” never was rude to her but when I got out the car to ask her why would she give me the wrong drink she was laughing at the fact she gave me the wrong beverage!!! YES I SPOOKED THE LIVING OUT OF HER cause she wasn’t expecting me to pop back up on her!!! Treat people better next time

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with ex caramel, I got charged for ex caramel cause I asked for it. And yet I didn't receive ex caramel. The customer service was poor. As well. And their walk up was currently closed.
