Super rude staff. If you’re waiting for a delivery and ask them about it they will be passive aggressive and make you wait longer.

Girl had serious attitude problem. I ordered two drinks politely. Got them however my coffee was double cupped. I didnt say anything I just removed it and sat it down. She grabbed it and slammed it into the garbage as if I had scolded her for it. I didnt say anything and left.
Today, I ordered 3 cups of Venti Ice Match Latte, the cashier is the white guy with long hair. He took my order, didn’t do it exactly its recipe when he took his order, tried to put full cup of ice, I vividly said no ice, when I say no Ice please, his face was kind of inpatient. I tell him 3 pumps of pistachio sauce and 3 pumps of classic syrup, but he put 4 instead which is too sweet for me. He is working, but I feel like he doesn’t respect his work. I know I have a lot of customization for my drink, but he should be at least taking the order exactly for 1 drink so he can make the rest two well, but so lazy. I am also am employee of a fast food company before, I understand how it can be tiring somehow, but I don’t understand or accept how can they be so in responsibly while they get paid.

I went through the drive through this morning before work. I got a coffee and pastry, NO chocolate.. The barista put chocolate under my coffee cup, which melted and got all over my hands and clothing. Maybe my tip wasn't enough. I won't be coming back!
Every time I go to this location the order is wrong. Today I went and the girl looked like she crawled out of the bushes. She didn't know how to make or never heard of a Carmel vanilla swirl iced coffee. I just left in disgust. I ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and got a cup literally full of whipped cream. Don't go
The customer service of the baristas at this location is amazing! I stopped in for a coffee bright and early on a weekend getaway and they just made my whole weekend with their bright personalities and amazing customer service.

I like visiting places where they ask you how you are and what your plan is for the day. They all are genuine when asking, and I enjoy hearing about their plans. The barista offers up great ideas if I am struggling with my order and I have not been disappointed.

I tried to get 2 coffees today. One lady was training a Second Lady. I waited 5 minutes while they were trying to make 1 drink. They didn’t even say: I will take your order in a moment. Nothing. I just left. It’s ok to train people, but why to have your only 2 people doing one thing at the time?
