Every time I go to this location the order is wrong. Today I went and the girl looked like she crawled out of the bushes. She didn't know how to make or never heard of a Carmel vanilla swirl iced coffee. I just left in disgust. I ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and got a cup literally full of whipped cream. The customer service of the baristas at this location is amazing! I stopped in for a coffee bright and early on a weekend getaway and they just made my whole weekend with their bright personalities and amazing customer service.

I like visiting places where they ask you how you are and what your plan is for the day. They all are genuine when asking, and I enjoy hearing about their plans. The barista offers up great ideas if I am struggling with my order and I have not been disappointed.

I tried to get 2 coffees today. One lady was training a Second Lady. I waited 5 minutes while they were trying to make 1 drink. They didn’t even say: I will take your order in a moment. Nothing. I just left. It’s ok to train people, but why to have your only 2 people doing one thing at the time?
