My daughter goes to Starbucks a lot lately for their refresher drinks, as the weather is changing. We have a little elderly chihuahua. Today was the 3rd day after walking the dog, and she stopped in for a drink. The lady tells my daughter that they don’t allow dogs. There wasn’t any signs up, and no one had said anything the past 3 days. They could’ve at least served her and said next time please no dog, while we put signs up. You guys lost out on money, because your barista had a point to prove. Also, when we get a pup cup for our dog, should we leave her tied up outside? Leave her home and bring her the pup cup? I don’t feel comfortable leaving my dog tied up outside anyone’s establishment. I usually know where I can, and can’t take our dog. BECAUSE THOSE ESTABLISHMENTS HAVE SIGNS.

Very disappointed. I can’t have regular milk and I tasted my drink in the drive thru.. I knew it wasn’t oat milk but they kept insisting it was oatmilk🫠 They wouldn’t remake it and girl had an attitude while taking my sister and i’s order. Just haven’t really had a great experience at this location. Everyone has an attitude and it’s very sad and disappointing because I used to love going to Starbucks but most of your employees seem miserable:(

I’ve been visiting this location for quite some time and I’ve given them MANY chances. The staff is unfriendly, especially the young Asian girl with a long pony tail.she doesn’t even great me just hands me the drink with an attitude…
So far, my experience here has always been: I get good service and quality of food/drink- depending on if I tip… When I don’t/can’t tip- the order and energy ALWAYS changes. Idk if a Carmel ribbon crunch is supposed to be filled with whip cream (per picture), but mine was. And hardly any Carmel in the bottom- and it was made AFTER I paid (no tip)… I work in service industry as well- so I KNOW receiving tips is important- but ppl can’t always tip. And tips are nice but I never hold it against anyone who can’t/doesn’t tip… these folks always do….
I LOVE Starbucks and go a LOT- but I always try to avoid this one- this is the only location I have ever had problems at. Also, I have had really nasty, catty attitudes from people there in the past as well… today is definitely the last time I’ll go to this particular location. If you can - try for another one- plenty on East hill.
