I had a bad experience with one of the baristas short female with black hair and tattoos on her arms. I had order a hot decaf coffee and received a regular coffee. I told her it was wrong. She took my drink and slammed it in the trash with an attitude then took her time to make mine all over again when my drink came up she didn't call my name out. From a 2 to 3 minute wait,I waited for 10 minutes. There was only 4 people there waiting for their drinks in the morning. Then I hear her talking very rude to her employees and saying cussing words. I will not go to this location anymore. I think her name is Shelly.

My daughter goes to Starbucks a lot lately for their refresher drinks, as the weather is changing. We have a little elderly chihuahua. Today was the 3rd day after walking the dog, and she stopped in for a drink. The lady tells my daughter that they don’t allow dogs. There wasn’t any signs up, and no one had said anything the past 3 days. They could’ve at least served her and said next time please no dog, while we put signs up. You guys lost out on money, because your barista had a point to prove. Also, when we get a pup cup for our dog, should we leave her tied up outside? Leave her home and bring her the pup cup? I don’t feel comfortable leaving my dog tied up outside anyone’s establishment. I usually know where I can, and can’t take our dog. BECAUSE THOSE ESTABLISHMENTS HAVE SIGNS.

Very disappointed. I can’t have regular milk and I tasted my drink in the drive thru.. I knew it wasn’t oat milk but they kept insisting it was oatmilk🫠 They wouldn’t remake it and girl had an attitude while taking my sister and i’s order. Just haven’t really had a great experience at this location. Everyone has an attitude and it’s very sad and disappointing because I used to love going to Starbucks but most of your employees seem miserable:(
