Very disappointed. I can’t have regular milk and I tasted my drink in the drive thru.. I knew it wasn’t oat milk but they kept insisting it was oatmilk🫠 They wouldn’t remake it and girl had an attitude while taking my sister and i’s order. Just haven’t really had a great experience at this location. Everyone has an attitude and it’s very sad and disappointing because I used to love going to Starbucks but most of your employees seem miserable:(

I’ve been visiting this location for quite some time and I’ve given them MANY chances. The staff is unfriendly, especially the young Asian girl with a long pony tail.she doesn’t even great me just hands me the drink with an attitude…

So far, my experience here has always been: I get good service and quality of food/drink- depending on if I tip… When I don’t/can’t tip- the order and energy ALWAYS changes. Idk if a Carmel ribbon crunch is supposed to be filled with whip cream (per picture), but mine was. And hardly any Carmel in the bottom- and it was made AFTER I paid (no tip)… I work in service industry as well- so I KNOW receiving tips is important- but ppl can’t always tip. And tips are nice but I never hold it against anyone who can’t/doesn’t tip… these folks always do….
I LOVE Starbucks and go a LOT- but I always try to avoid this one- this is the only location I have ever had problems at. Also, I have had really nasty, catty attitudes from people there in the past as well… today is definitely the last time I’ll go to this particular location. If you can - try for another one- plenty on East hill.

They had a 50% off for one drink special but when I asked about the total they said I'll get the new total at the next window when I pay. I still got charged the original price when I checked on their app...

It is so upsetting to come home and see half empty coffee . I ordered white mocha coffee a tall to be exact this is the second time I go through this , and even that they couldn’t fill up the cup . For all the customers that comes here double check your drink apparently there not filling up while going on drive thru. The first time I came I had to get out of my car and go inside and the young girl knew what she did because she took care of it right away while I was talking . Why work there if you can’t even do a simple coffee ? The management should really take a good look at there employees. What a way to wake up in the morning and get ruined in matter of minutes while there was no line inside or the drive thru .

Disappointed about the outdoor seating being removed. I came for a business meeting with a friend but no setting inside. They were busy at 11a which surprised me, but they do have efficient speed of service and it was clean for how busy it was. Drive through is the way to go for this particular location.
