Today I went to this Starbucks, which the time they opened is 5:00 am, my arrival time there was at 5:30 - I waited approximately a total of 10 minutes in the drive thru. There was a line starting behind me of 7 cars. When rolling up to the window, I saw two employees setting up the inside as well acknowledged that I was there but proceeded to ignore me. Not once did they come up and explain nor had put a sign up that they weren't ready. I was very frustrated as I am sure the other 7 other cars were - if they don't open till 6 they need to update this hourly page. I left their place after 15 minutes - 5:45 meaning that if they opened at 5, they should have been open for at least 45 min.

This location won't serve people who don't have a car, and they're very unapologetic about it. When the day comes that their staff either cannot afford a car or can no longer operate a car, I hope they don't experience the level of rudeness and non-accommodation that their staff are currently imposing on people without cars.

Horrible service. I ordered a grande mocha cookie crumble and this is what they gave me. They didn't fill it up all the way. Didn't even taste right either. Please train your workers to make the drinks right and fill the cups all the way. Other Starbucks I've from doesn't have this issue. Since this is a regular drink from their menu, I thought they would know how to make it. For a drive thru on a not so busy day, it took them a long time to make the drink. Will not return and do not recommend anyone to come here. I regret the $$ tip I gave.

I admit I have not been a customer of this Starbucks. I refuse to patronize a business that allows drive-thru customers to spill out onto a public street blocking cars from getting through in either direction. No cup of coffee justifies this safety hazard and inconvenience to motorists. What if a first responder needs to get through on the street? This drive-thru lane was planned and constructed by morons. It should be closed until it can be rerouted in a safer manner. If that is not possible, the store should be converted to dine-in only.

Never been to this tiny box of a Starbucks but was kind of let down. The wait, despite only 4 cars in front of me was exceptionally long. They were out of the two things I wanted which is annoying but not unheard of. I ordered a "refresher" and a water to go with it, and for whatever reason, it took a good 4 or 5 minutes. The barista that took my order was very friendly and sweet so it made up for it! ?Parking: It's not a store, just a drive thru hut in a parking lot, so no need for parking but there is a lot of it.

I went for a drink it wasn't really busy. I always get the same drink and anywhere they make it right but this specific location didn't do it right!! I order a pink drink with heavy creams, 3scopps of vanilla bean powder and vanilla sweet cream foam and it has no strawberries it came out so weird I've never seen it like that. Never going there again.

Been going to this starbies since I moved to WA and it is truly one of the bests! They move super fast which is great if you're in a hurry, not to mention the quality of the drinks is top notch. The baristas are super sweet and go out of their way to make your day special Love love love this location with all my heart! Y'all are the best of the best!!
