Started making my drink after I got to the window and after I paid. Other starbucks have it ready for you when you get to the window. They give it to you while your payment to is being processed
Drive thru tried to give me an iced drink when I ordered hot. Got the hot one and it wasn't what I ordered after I got home and tasted it. Had to ask for the caramel drizzle for the other order, a caramel frappuccino.
