This is Starbucks is great! Staff is always friendly and prompt! I know this is a company thing and not this specific location only..,the sharpie written messages are cute… it’s just very annoying when your cup condensates and it transfers onto your hand. I’m not likin’ that 😬

Felt like I was in a neighborhood coffee shop. The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed listening to their camaraderie with each other.
I ordered a match is was good and the blueberry muffin was good as well, seemed fresh. Wish I lived closer to Kent so I could come here more often.

I came on my birthday with an app because I was supposed to get a free drink, and they didn't give it to me, saying their system doesn't show that it's my birthday. I'm shocked by this service!! Guys, are you serious? I'm a regular customer, but with an app that says my birthday, with my ID, they didn't do anything to me and I had to pay. It's a shame, they just spat in my soul. I've always been for Starbucks, but that's it!!!

The worse Starbucks they are asking few times plus there coffee whatever you order not the same as you order plus taking forever I would give 0 star .
