Hard for many of to believe but this is the first time I've bought anything from Starbucks. I wasn't impressed with the coffee. So I doubt I'll ever return to any Starbucks. The staff was very polite and efficient.

Starbucks is the greatest coffee establishment ever. Always consistent, super fast, and the drinks are spectacular. I love the app and the point system is fabulous.
We ordered two iced shaken espresso, and they were bitter and tasted like the beans were burnt. Horrible!

I refuse to purchase anything at any Starbucks, 10 years ago I was demanded to show identification for my service canine. Starbucks corporate office did zilch to my satisfaction. But i will gladly use free wifi and a restroom.

My truck was on fire in the drive through lane and they were kind enough to let me use their fire extinguisher and didn't charge me for coffee. Thank you Starbucks!@!
