Like the previous reviews, it really matters on who’s working. I have been going to this Starbucks for the past year and I have never had any complaints until lately. The new hires are rude, slow in service, and have made my coffee wrong about 5 times now. One day it’s hot, one day it was a different flavor, but my favorite was when they gave me a cup of milk with no espresso added to it and tried explaining to me that it was an $8 latte. The woman today checked off my drink for being completed, which it wasn’t, she then made two drinks for her coworkers and then finally she made mine. I won’t be coming back here anymore. There is another down the street

Can’t give this location any stars. We went through drive thru first time. Waited 20 mins for line to move 1 car. Car in front of us had two small drinks. Then we went in to not be acknowledged at all for 5 minutes waiting to order. Then after that got the order incorrect twice. I wouldn’t bother going to this location. There are others with better service.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is terrible, the employees are rude and slow, and they do their job half a** (excuse my language) at best! I'd have to recommend to go to any other location around before this one.

I mean it's Starbucks, so you already know it wasn't great, tried their summer night boba thing and it tasted like milky water honestly every time I go to a star bucks I am more disappointed then the last.
