Great location! Made my drink as I custom ordered it to my satisfaction. Very friendly employees and the service was fast despite them being busy. I would go back to this location if I was in that shopping center. There is no drive thru though which would help.

Grande blended chai - I want powdered & more than 12oz. And if woman making my drink paid as much attention to it as she did social conversation she was having, I wouldn't have had to stand there (with such obvious difficulty & discomfort) for the 10 minutes it took her to make it!! SMH :(

I just had a very, very negative experience at this Starbucks. Everything was just fine at first...I ordered my coffee and the woman was perfectly nice; I asked if there was a bathroom I could use, and again, she was perfectly nice. So I went in to use said bathroom, and after having driven ALL DAY, I took my time using the restroom. I was not in there more than 7 min however, when I get her banging on the door, yelling that they need to clean the bathrooms. So I answered "OK, be right out", but that apparently was not an acceptable answer, as she then yelled it again and tried to open the door. I have no idea why or what the problem was...or rather her sudden problem with me was...but it was not only infuriating, but also incredibly embarrassing!!! Needless to say, I will NOT EVER be going back to this Starbucks, and I'll be telling everybody I know about this experience.

I wanted the big size and when I got to my car I was feel it's little lighter than usual opened the lid and YUP !!!! They gave 3/4 of the cup and to make it look normal trying fooling me they add another cup, that wasn't cool at all Starbucks !!!!!
Excellent selection and very helpful staff. Wifi and other amenities for those enjoying coffee a long with work or leisure.

Extremely slow service. When you order extra hot drink they should put a sleeve on for you. No hi, hello, how are you... But I guess it's fitting because there was not a thank you for coming in or have a good day. I hope you enjoy your coffee and have a better experience than I did.
Perfectly Outgrown
I just walked out of this Starbucks dumbfounded. After completing the order from the person in front of me, the cashier walked away from the register, turned her back to me and started a conversation with another barista. There were 3 persons working. 2 having a conversation and one male actually actively doing things. We looked at eachother, but he did nothing. Kept working. Finally, i shrugged and left. Shaking my head. #absolutelynocustonerservice
