I normally don’t leave reviews, but after today I have to. It was 8 PM Keep in mind they close at 9 PM I walk in, the first bit of floor that I saw when I walked in was not wet so I walked straight in. The first thing that The lady that were serving me told me was “I just mopped the floor. It was wet.” In a really aggressive tone, I apologized, but to my defense, there was no sign or anything that said that the floor was wet. I proceeded to order which I regret. I should’ve just left, and she was super rude when it came down to taking my order she would raise her voice at me And I honestly made me feel really uncomfortable I think that customer service is essential to food places like this, but unfortunately, this place has perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Please reconsider how you talk to people.

This place says it closes at 9PM. It’s 8:40 and door is already closed. Really shitty service. I understand maybe close the door a couple mins before closing but 20 mins prior come on. On top of that when I do come poor customer service best believe it’s the last time I’m coming to this subway.

I was over charged for a meatball, the quantity and quality was extremely poor. I hate that you can't see the meat to see the quality before purchasing. It was so bland. The veggies were soggy. The bread was hard and old. They weren't very friendly.
Ordered a cold cut with extra meat and all it was, was straight up bologna. After a few bites my stomach started to twist. Waste of money.

TIME 0930 PM December 20 I even catch one of the names of the customers (. KRIS ) I got Over charged for my turkey foot long sub without no drink or chips . Normal price is $13:75 after tax I got charged $ 15:17 Just wondering . IS tha happening with all the hard workers in the area? What a shame 🤬

Horrible Service! The person working name “karran” needs to be fired. Couldn’t make my language properly or understand what I saying also over charged me for my order. When I asked him of the deal being advertised he had no knowledge of what I was saying. When I asked to speak to someone else, someone by the name “parson” which only made the situation worse!!! I will never come here again and these employees should be fired!
