There’s been multiple times when I walk in to this particular Subway and they always seem to comment something negative about you in their language it’s gotten so damn irritating.I told the worker I wanted the sub toasted halfway, he said ok and went ahead and toasted it the whole way instead (35 sec instead of 17-18 sec) Why this kind of treatment, just because I asked what the price difference was between a 6 inch & a footlong? There’s nothing wrong with asking like they expect you to know already, their job is not to just make the subs but to give a pleasant experience or else they’re going to keep getting bad reviews like this one.I gave them the benefit, but I see no change. Never coming here again.

Nice. Clean attentive. I mean it's fast food not a 5 star restaurant but what they do they do well so not sure why all the hate.

I was here yesterday with my partner and I ordered a blt and got 3 cookies. My partner ate the cookies as they were 4 him and I ate the sandwich, hours later I got extremely sick and had to throw up everything in my stomach. This was all I ate that day so I'm very very sure it was food poisoning! My partner is fine so the cookies weren't a issue. Proceed with caution

Horrible, horrible, horrible. From the food to the service to the employees. Will not ever go back. I’d rather eat from a hospital cafeteria.

Trash... refuse to sell a meal but charge individually for drink and chips... not only me but another customer as well then would not refund.

Called Subway's headquarter. They say they know coupons are not being honored in the Greater Seattle area, but they send out their coupons in national scale, therefore they are unable to resolve the issue of coupons not being honored and don't intent to fix this issue.

Regular subway, I'm big on customer service, the lady didn't say hi or greet me she was on her phone and talking loud the whole time. I'm not against talking on the phone just at least say hello to your customers and how are you doing.

One employee was yelling at another for like ten minutes. So unpleasant, I'm not going back.

They do not take their own corporate coupons.

Honestly it's bad business to close before you actually close. Employees have the door locked 15 minutes before close like what and then shake their head no at you. That's crazy

It was alright but prices keep going up. No such thing as a 5.00 sandwich

This location has been struggling for some time I feel like. At first it was that there was only ever one person working. If there was ever more than 2 people in the location at a single time it would take 15-20 mins to get a single sub. Not really sure if this has changed. All I can say is that I was in the location the other day around lunch time and I have some questions about their cleanliness now. When I came in the employee who was helping me got up from the table they were sitting at. They didn't bother washing their hands (I mention cause they were using their phone) before putting the gloves on. This defeats the purpose of wearing gloves as you have to touch the outside to put them on. Which means this employee was then effectively spreading germs around to all the food they were interacting with. Then while in the middle of making my sandwich they pull their mask off, turn around and sneeze all over everything behind them not even bothering to cover their face. Look, I understand if you don't wanna sneeze in the mask but use your elbow. You can also just cover your face, wash your hands and use new gloves. Instead the employee opted to sneeze all over what appeared to be additional prep areas and kicking it up into the air in general. I was quite disgusted by this as someone who has worked in food service previously. Even before Covid much of this would be considered to be unsanitary. All I can say is that in the future I'm going to be going to the other Subway around the corner even if it is a little further away.
