Customer service is soo good .I visit with my family there we order 5 sandwich there is a good amount of meat and veggies in the sandwich. Girl who work is soo polite and friendly and serves fod with smile definitely gone visit back here

We ordered 2 sandwiches through the Subway app. The ham on my wife’s sandwich was sliced into thick ham steaks. We used the Subway app to get the deals, but then they use DoorDash for delivery. This means that we don’t get the advantage of our Dash pass and paid an insane amount of fees. When my wife drove back to show them the sandwich, the employees had to call the owner. The owner only allowed them to remake half the sandwich. They even admitted that it was a new employee that cut the meat improperly. We have also had instances of ordering in the shop and had the owner try to short the meat in the sandwiches if you aren’t paying attention.

Ordered a BLT wrap. Mainly I got the bread wrap. Not much bacon, hardly any lettuce and tomatoes mainly end of tomato, so much for nice juicy tomatoes they advertise! Then there was no Mayo on it so it was a dry wrap on top of it. My husband specifically said to put Mayo on it and there was none! Not worth the price for what you get. Won't be back!

DON'T GO HERE I ASKED THE MIDDLE EASTERN LADY AND GUY WHOM SEEM TO HATE AMERICANS REFUSE TO PUT GLOVES ON WHILE MAKING THE NACHOS, WHEN I ASKED HER TO PUT GLOVE ON SHE REFUSED TO SERVE ME. Horrible customer service. Ran out of half of the veggies!!!?!?!? what is subway about then? as a previous subway employee, I know I can use my rewards but the employee at this location told me I cant use it why???!??? this location is 0 stars. Lady was rude and kept judging. why cant you guys have more veggies ready for a customer?! and $30 for 2 sandwiches?? crazy as hell.... not recommended. try a different location

Our first time at this location. Great food! Only one person working. Both bathrooms Out of Order. The woman working didn’t keep her professionalism, when couple after us ordered and then cancelled order. She chased after them, swinging their sandwiches, cussing, telling them not to ever come back. Then we went to get only one refill with drink, had not refilled yet, and she said refills cost $2.00. We won’t be back there.

I want to give this 0 stars because they wanted to tell me they ran out of half the vegetables I ordered on my sandwich. They refused to give me a refund or something for giving me a flat sandwich. Portions are not right, gave me 3 pieces of ham and no oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and green bell peppers!!!
Who doesn’t have any of these upon order ? It’s a restaurant, you should always be stocked with these basics.

Spoke with the manager who didn’t even try to apologize, or make the situation right. Never coming here again. Worst customer service and food sucks!
