They cheat you on ingredients. They have a sneaky strat to keep their food covers up so you can’t see the ingredients, you can’t see the portions. I asked for a double meat and double cheese and got barely single meat and single cheese. I’ve worked at two different subways when I was younger and know how things work. They are cutting corners and cheating the customers to gain money they can’t get legitimately because their reviews and ratings are so bad. Further making their food chain suffer. Stuck in a death spiral. I paid over $25 for a 12” double meat and cheese and got a 6” sub worth the ingredients. If you want a subway sandwich that bad, there is a better on 2 miles away near Benson Fred Meyer.

This place does not like coupons. Never use a coupon at this place. Which is acceptable. Different rules for different sandboxes. Customers love consistency. What they get at one subway they expect at another subway. Will never patron again.

Friendly service but TERRIBLE bathroom. I do not recommend using it! When I walked in the toilet seat was up and there was still pee in the toilet. The entire bathroom including the walls and floor was filthy. I thought there was no tp because it wasn't in the dispenser, thank God it was behind the toilet. There was a working sink and soap but no paper towels. I told the person who made my sandwich that the bathroom really needs attention and he sort of blamed it on some guy that was in there earlier? I told him there were no paper towels.

Very interesting atmosphere in building. Is very clean, and my order is semi correct depending on day. I love subway so I’m willing to pay more for the right sandwich. However they charge me 25.00 for a basic turkey sandwich. They never gave me my receipt back and now I know why. Please double check your orders because I wasted so much money only to learn I was probably getting scammed ?‍↕️ other than that, they do need to follow hold times with some of their meats.

I got coupons sent to me in the mail. Had not been into a subway for a while so saw this one and thought I would stop in.Coupons have very limited use at this location. You can pick from 5 different meats but can not have turkey or and beef… limited to tuna and ham.I got a Turkey and it seemed like it had nothing on it. It is like the cut back on meat. Would never come back to this store.

The tables and floors were clean, but the things that needed to be cleaned every once in a while we're filthy. The pictures on the walls, the walls, the outside of the cookie container etc... The food was fine and the service was average.

First time ordering on-line. It took a bit because the coupon QR codes do not work w/online(neither by PC or Android). He said, "you have to phone them in". Ok, now the juicy stuff...And I mean that literally. I ordered a Supreme meat w/heavy jalapenos and normal banana peppers. The photo says it all. I ordered it with normal vinaigrette. Big mistake. It took me 20 min. to rescue 1/2 of my sub from drowning and 20 min for the other. I still cant believe the aftermath. Once again the photo of just one half and the clean up efforts are apparent. 12 half sheets and 2 full sheets of Bounty later. FAIL!
