I've come here 3 times. It's probably the worst subway I've ever been in. There is an older lady who works here. She's served me every time. The 2nd and 3rd time I came here hoping to find another employee to make my sandwich but it's always her. No disrespect but she needs to be retrained. Her sandwiches are HORRIBLE. I always order a tuna sandwich, she put 2 scoops of tuna ON A FOOTLONG and tried to spread it to stretch it but it leaves 1/4 of the sandwich with nothing on it. She then puts veggies on as if she's paying for the veggies herself, putting only 2 tomatoes on a footlong? 4 pickles? At the end the top half of the bread was thicker than all the fillings because of how stingy she is. If you see her in this store WALK AWAY, should just avoid this location in general. The way theyre going, they won't be there long anyway.

Ordered through the app for the Buy one get one 50% off deal. When I went In, I realised I was still charged full price. I informed the only lady in there, that made my food, and all she said was "idk sorry" when I asked if there was anyone I could ask about the issue she again just sated "idk sorry" if you don't know much about how to help a customer or information about how to correct certain charges you make, you probably shouldn't be working there. Very poor service, lady seems miserable working there and not very welcoming.

Super annoyed, subway sends out coupons and none of these “private subways” honor it. What’s the point of the coupon if I can’t use it.

After working at Subway for over 7 years in multiple different franchises, I have never once declined somebody for a company coupon. This place is straight up refuse service and I highly recommend training your staff. Refusing somebody service because of a coupon that is accepted by all subway franchises is unprofessional. This location does not run the way it should.

Place is trash. I was from out of town and asked to use the restroom, was even going to buy something to use it, but the lady was rude. Lied and said it doesn't work and is always locked. So where do you go to use the restroom? Outside? Be a nicer person, and maybe your life will change, and you won't have to take it out on customers. You shouldn't be running a business if you have terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE service. I ordered online, the food was not ready at pickup and luckily it was not because the order was being made COMPLETELY wrong. While making the sandwiches, the employee was putting incorrect ingredients on the sandwiches, I politely tried to correct her and she slammed the receipt down on the counter and told me to make changes then and let her make the sandwich. I tried to explain to her I do not want any changes, I just want what I ordered. I’m not expecting “happy go lucky” customer service, but to be so angry when you’re making the mistake on the order is not okay. I Will not be coming back to this subway again and would not recommend this subway to anyone. Drive the extra minutes down the road for better service.

I don't know how this location stays in business. The woman who's always there is rude and has no customer service skills. She also decides to close whenever she feels like it, no matter what the times posted on the website say. Many times, we've gone there only to find it closed when it was supposed to be open.Once, for an online order, the store was apparently out of the white bread I'd asked for. Instead of waiting for me to come pick up the order and ask me herself, she decided on a bread substitution for me - whole grain, which I can't eat, because I have ulcerative colitis and can't digest it. Very annoying, but not a cardinal sin.Last night was the last straw, though. We placed an order online at 6:49 PM. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8. My fiance left to go pick up the order, which we'd asked to have ready at 7:15. I got an e-mail at 7:02 stating that our order had been cancelled. My fiance got to the store, where the woman was closing up, and he asked her why she'd cancel the order. She just said that they were closed and that she never received an online order. Well... that's bull, because we had an order confirmation, and the order wasn't cancelled until 13 minutes later. She was still there when he got there at 7:07! He was even earlier than the time we asked for! She offered no explanation, no apology - just said, "you can come back tomorrow to pick up the order." Well, how does that help to feed our family TONIGHT, to pick up an order we already paid for tomorrow??! Mind boggling. Truly, astonishingly asinine. My fiance watched angrily from the car as she gleefully locked the door and left, with no concern at all that she'd just robbed us of both our money and our dinner.Our bank account shows that the money has been taken out. Pretty cute, for an order that was supposed to be cancelled.Never going to this location again. And neither should you - especially if you need to use the restroom while you're there, too. Homegirl will lie straight through her teeth and say it's out of order. I have IBD and am protected under Ally's Law and the ADA to guarantee me restroom access... but I don't trust this chick as far as I can throw her. We're never going back, but we WILL be guaranteeing we get a refund. Complaints to Subway corporate are already on the way. This location needs to be closed down.

It says open til 8pm and multiple times it's been closed before then like today it's 7pm and no one's even inside finishing closing the store and I used to work for subway so ik you're there for at least another 30 min after closing
