Wonderful NEW owners and opening special of 7.99 on foot longs! Give them a try and support small, family owned business in Kent. Very clean and fast.

EDIT: REOPENED WITH NEW OWNERS!! 7/21/25 New lady in there told me the old owners are no longer involved at this location.
There is a King County eviction notice on the front door and it has a phone # to call if you see anyone trespassing on the property. Doors have been locked and no lights on for days.
I had several negative experiences here and stopped going. The food safety rating was bad, as was the service and general food quality. About a month ago an eviction notice appeared on the door and the restaurant was closed until further notice.
There is now a sign on the door saying the restaurant is under new ownership and will be reopening soon. Hopefully the new owners will turn this location around and earn my business back.

I will never go to this store again, the waitress attitude is terrible, lazy, lying, contemptuous of customers, it seems like she doesn't need this job.

Ordered (2) Turkey Titans which is supposed to come with 33% more meat as shown on app. Came with literally one piece of turkey…

I had ordered online for the first time with subway for a special limited time deal. Online it won't let you just start a sandwich from scratch and build your own. You have to pick a sandwich closest to what you want, and adjust.
I got the pepperoni and salami and only wanted salami, so asked to not have pepperoni, and just replace it with more salami. I've only been there twice and same girl working. She recognized me right when I walked in and must had remembered my specific sandwich, because I didn't even
have to give her my name, she just knew. Best sandwiches I've ever had from subway. I am really surprised other people's ratings were low. I don't live too close to this location, but I would drive here every time just because it was the best experience I've ever had with subway

The vegetables or not good at all. I asked for double meat. She looked at me sideways and rolled her eyes at me. And then didn't even give me double meat. I would not recommend this subway.

the food was terrible old ingredients and forgets to put things in my sandwich like bacon and tomatoes after ordering online the bread is very stale and is not good puts pickles on all my orders even though i only put pickles on one.

Veg foot long with half veg patty thats crazy.
Means she put one veg patty in two foot long sandwich and when i talk to owner over the phone she said subway recommending this.
And even her employee not accepting this excuse

Already filema complaint with state food safety and other authorities.

This location used to be really good but has gone downhill. The chips are never stocked and some of the produce looks old. Their rating posted on their door for quality control keeps going down. They have a Meh attitude. I will skip this location as there are many more in the area.

I didn’t like the Indian girl that was working. She wasn’t very compassionate about providing customer service, she was saying she just started her shift but she already was frustrated lol.
