On our way out to the grocery store, My husband's grandma and I stopped to chat with her neighbor. He mentioned this place and how wonderful it is. We decided to stop in and we had the best time. A light lunch at the deli (chicken noodle soup and harvest muffin! So good!), some groceries, supplements, great conversation, and free books. They made us feel so special. We can't wait to go back.

the sandwich was good and healthy, but she didn't ask what we wanted on it so I got sweet pickles which I hate, but it was good otherwise. it also has sprouts which I love and nobody else seems to have them! a bit small but she put a lot of good ingredients inside. the place feels a little like being in someone's kitchen, there's a couple of tables and chairs so you can sit down and eat your sandwich. it's very small and modest

Danna took her time to make the best tuna grill sandwich!! It was Delicious! While waiting for my sandwich, as I walk around and realize this store has so many supplements and health goods I've never seen before! Awesome shop! Definitely will recommend to any who couldn't find what they were looking for in other supplements stores, you will probably find it here! Super friendly staffs, too!

Literally the best health store you can ever visit! A place filled with love and warmth. Family owned, but they make you feel as if you were related! No matter what questions I make have about any products, I leave feeling confident, on whatever I decide to do, never any judgements (I really do feel right at home).
They also, have a deli, and everything is delicious and with great portions. It’s all homemade, and made with love! Pick anything on the menu (don’t forget the cookies), and you’ll be sure to comeback for another round later.
