Got the Bacon Benny Avocado Toast and the Chipotle Chicken Melt. My partner and I enjoyed our dishes a lot. My bacon was decently crispy, avocado tasted great. The Melt was very savory. For a cafe the food is a five star! As for the atmosphere, the floors, chairs, and some of the tables were dirty and crumby. Maybe the staff is too busy to take care of the mess in the lobby, but still the mess was there. Service was okay! It wasn’t bad. Overall 4 stars:)

Very disappointing experience.

We came as a group of 8 people, and the staff actually made us get up from our table just because a group of 4 wanted it. The servers didn’t even try to talk to them or offer any solution — they simply told us to move.

Then we were told that their “policy” is that we must order food for all 8 people first, and only after that they would see if a bigger table becomes available.
How does that even make sense? What if there’s no table available after we order? Where are we supposed to sit?

It felt like the only thing that mattered was getting our money, not treating customers with basic respect.

The staff was unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed zero willingness to make the situation work.
We left very disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received from Jasmin and her team. I placed an online order and the girl was upset that I picked it up a few minutes late. I was on my lunch break, driving up the hill to pick it up. There was no reason for her ugly behavior especially since I had already paid and was only 8-10 minutes late. It’s not as if she was holding the bag the entire time or greeting customers when we walk in, because most of us are just standing there for a few minutes until someone decides to greet us. And there’s also been a few times prior to this order that I walk in on time and my order isn’t even ready. Pathetic!!!

This place was one of my favorites first 3 years after opening and I was a frequent customers along with my friends but then from 2024 it went downhill with the food, and especially with the service and staff.
Today was my breaking point when I placed a pick up order, wasn’t ready on time (half an hour) but I even waited another 20 minutes until I asked Again about my coffee another employee who wasn’t quite profesional in her response and told me that I should inform her at the register about my pickup. And after I told her that I mentioned to a lady at the pickup station who already gave me my food and she said that my coffee is in the making, how on Earth am I supposed to know who is the responsible one that day for my pickup or why there is a lack of communication between staff?
Also while waiting I observed how employees were passing the phone between them because they don’t want to talk or don’t know the language, I am an immigrant myself but also a client who now gets it why phones here aren’t answered or hang ups happen.
And to all the excuses I heard today from staff to me or other customers (next time come at the register full of people, next time etc etc ) I wasn’t the only who said “there will not be another next time”.
You guys have to review your staff!!!

This was my first time coming in. I did feel a little ignored when I walked in as there was no greeting or a “be right with you” but that’s ok as I needed a little time to browse the menu. I waited less 3 minutes and a friendly worker came to take my order. I got the Mexican Mocha and the Lovers Crepes. Waited maybe 10 minutes for the coffee and 15 minutes for my food. I did order to go but waited in their beautiful store and the ambience was amazing. Everything looked VERY clean. When another worker brought me my food she was a little short with me but I’m assuming they were just very busy. My food and coffee was amazing and even though it was “to go” when I opened the box the presentation was on point. I will definitely be coming back for another experience 😊

I visited this place for the first time with my one-month-old baby and a friend. While my friend was at the counter trying to place our order, I was looking to sit down at a table so I could feed my baby. Unexpectedly, the person taking my friend’s order told me to stand up in a very rude and dismissive manner, saying the table wasn’t for me. The tone and attitude felt unnecessary and unkind, especially given that I was holding a newborn.

During the ordering process, the same staff member kept rushing my friend, repeating “Anything else? Anything else?” in a way that made us feel very unwelcome — almost as if she assumed we couldn’t afford to pay. The entire interaction felt cold and judgmental.

As an Asian woman, I can’t help but wonder if that played a role in how we were treated. It’s very upsetting to be made to feel so unwelcome, especially during what should have been a simple visit for a meal.

Extremely disappointed by the experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others based on how we were treated.

We came here with our 1-month-old baby and had a very unpleasant experience. While I was waiting in line to order, the cashier rudely told my friend to get up and order first — even though another table of friends sitting there was not told the same thing.

When it was finally my turn to order, the cashier was extremely impatient, repeatedly asking “Anything else? Anything else?” in a very rude tone. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable.

Honestly, I don’t even want to talk about whether the food was good or not — just because of this attitude, we don’t want to come back. It really felt like we were treated differently, maybe because we are Asian. Very disappointing experience.
