Terrible customer service. Walked in yesterday and witnessed the employee cleaning a table and drop a fork. Instead of picking it up she kicked it all the way to the kitchen. Once she came up we kindly told her what we saw and that it wasn’t an appropriate way to handle silverware, she said it didn’t matter because it was going to get washed. Once she brought out my espresso it was in a paper cup and she slammed it on the table and made a mess. I asked her to provide me a ceramic cup as we were seated inside and she said they were out of dishes and if I didn’t want to drink it, it’s “my problem.” Shocked at how unsanitary and rude these people are.

This is a place I found on social media. As someone who loves waffles, I fell in love with the Banana foster waffles, even though many times it doesn't have enough pecans.I love it there. My daughters hate it because of the long wait times, and sometimes the service is not the best.We have been there before, and after waiting for a long time to order, we were told they run out of waffles, that was yesterday, and we just left. A simple sign would help with that.Seating is definitely a problem, so maybe just maybe you need to come up with a 30-minute per visit sign while you fix the issue.Or get a bigger place.I loved it, I won't be back until some of the basic issues get resolved.And I truly hope you can find a solution because your customers will always give you a break until they have enough.

My favorite cafe in the area. Great crepes, avocado toast, and lattes. Sitting inside can be a challenge, but they have bar seating in addition to tables.One thing: they don't seem to follow their own rule about ordering before sitting down. Last time I was there, I couldn't sit at a table that a group apparently reserved... even though they didn't order yet.Despite this, I love this place and am very happy it's here. Being next to Trader Joe's is super convenient, too.

Not good service. Girl at cashier did not give a greeting or say thank you after tip and purchase. This place is way too packed. Not a good coffee shop for relaxing. Staff will ask you to change tables for new customers. There isn't enough seating. Not a warm or inviting ambiance.

Came in a bit after 8am on a Thursday to catch up with a friend, & loved the spot. They were well-staffed with friendly & helpful employees. It was clean & cute. Green Passionfruit Iced Tea: so yummy with the frozen berries, perfect level of sweetness so it wasn't overpowering the taste of the tea n fruit.Avocado Toast Our Way: so much more flavorful than I expected! The egg was cooked perfectly and the bread was high quality. I'll definitely come back to try more of their menu.The place was packed by 9:30am, and I can see why!

The cute pink decor sold me as soon as I stepped in the beautifully decorated cafe. I was shopping at Trader Joe's and decided to pop in for a breakfast snack. I decided on an almond croissant and it was just ok as I wish it was a bit sweeter. I did however love the pink/gold decor. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry. I absolutely loved the flower wall. It was early in the morning so there wasn't many people in the cafe. I didn't stay long but I definitely was intrigued by their expansive menu. I love supporting local/small businesses and will definitely be back.

This place is a go to spot for their delicious entrees and healthy items. We only went there by chance, while we were in Trader Joe's they highly recommend the cafe next door. They informed me that the cafe used Trader Joe's ingredients. So of course we had to try this place.We walked in was immediately taken on how busy and cute this place was. Normally I would have tried the sweet entrees but Lox and Bagels called my name.It was so good! Light and not salty, I paired it with a hot chocolate and was in heaven.

Our favorite coffee & brunch spot!! Sweet Notes Cafe’ is darling ? The food is delicious, the coffee is outstanding, and the staff is always so kind and lovely! Such a nice treat, highly recommend! And HOLIDAY coffee flavors are here!!! I had the Gingerbread Latte, it was so good! And it was served with little gingerbread cookies! So cute! 5 stars!! I loved the pretty coffee art too!
This place is literally ALWAYS busy. I took that as a good sign, but was a little concerned being on a time constraint for my lunch break.The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient and the decor is super cute and modern.I had the portobello sandwich, which was AMAZING!I'm always impressed with Vegetarian options that are not related to black bean or just avocado. This place hit the spot, and even though it was busy they were pumping out orders super quickly! I will definitely be back VERY soon lol.
