The best szechuan food I've had in the greater Seattle area. All ingredients are fresh and cooked perfectly, lots of flavor. I've never eaten anything here that I didn't like. They have a wide range of dishes to choose from. The dishes are authentically spicy so if you're not one for spice, probably not the place for you. The hot and sour soup here is the best I've ever had, and I've eaten at a lot of Asian restaurants and tried the hot and sour soup. I believe it's family owned, the servers are a lil quiet but very polite and kind. The chong kin chicken is spicy and crunchy, perfect flavor with the seasonings they use. Can never go wrong with the green onion pancake or beef with onion stir fry.

The name is true: Szechuan first. But honestly it felt like Szechuan only. The Pepper was very overwhelming and I could not taste anything else. I like spicy food, in fact I usually eat unnecessarily spicy food but the Szechuan Pepper does not allow any other flavor to flourish on the taste buds. I personally did not like that overpowering sensation of the pepper but if you enjoy it this is a perfect place. Besides the complaint of the Szechuan, the food was honestly great.

Huge menu! Authentic as far as I can tell. Large portions. Lots of interesting items I have never seen before like "water spinach". Appropriate spice level for me, but my friends who like spicy food didn't think it was spicy enough. You may have to order one number higher than you normally do. Everything tasted good that we ordered but I got indigestion that night and the day after. Your mileage may vary.

Flavors are there! Chow mein noodles are thicker than I like, but flavor makes up for it. Been here twice and food just gets better. Service is fast & friendly. Place felt cleaner the 2nd visit. They don't sell plates, just dishes. It's family style. Price is fair. They seem like they take pride in their place, service & food. They really should put a sign out front with the restaurant name - it just says "Chinese Restaurant". Ample parking. I will keep coming back.
