So glad this old-school style yet modern (tablets to order/pay), authentic Chinese eatery re-opened. Will be stopping by whenever I happen to be in the area. Chongqing (sp?) Chicken is highly recommended.
The szechuan wings were amazing. So flavorful and great portion. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, served hot in an appealing dish. The bones did fragment a bit, be prepared to spit those out or just crunch through. But that hardly made a dent in the overall experience, they were so perfect in every other way. The tea, rice, and appetizer were all lovely as well.
Their vegetarian options are all incredibly delicious and spicy. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Sichuan food.
Fast and friendly service. The best Chinese food in this area. Price is reasonable. Chaoching Chicken is the best menu.
I moved away from the area 3 years ago and still think about this place all the time. What I wouldn’t do for the salt and pepper shrimp and chong-qin chicken right now
This is my second time doing take out for Chong qin chicken with less portion than usual. First time I thought they ran out of box and had little shortage on chicken didn't really made a big deal. Today I did another order for take out and the portion was so disappointing. It's so small now. they really decrease their portion on take out not only that they change the take out container to smaller one. If you go dine in for the same food with same price you will get better portion but the take out portion is really disappointing.
Very good food.
Thanks
One of my favorite Chinese spots. We make the 20 minute drive from Seattle for this spot. Great pricing. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Don't miss the Chong-Qing chicken.
One of my go-to spots for spicy Chinese food! The flavors are super bold and authentic. Portions are big, prices are fair, and the food always comes out quick. If you like that classic Szechuan numbing spice, this place hits the spot.
The staff here were so warm and welcoming—it honestly felt like I was visiting family. The portions were generous, and every dish was packed with flavor. You can tell they really care, from the way they check in on you to all the little thoughtful touches throughout the meal.

The food is exactly as advertised. Had the crispy spicy garlic chicken, dry cooked string beans, honey walnut shrimp , and szechuan cold noodles. Recommend all of them. Complimentary tea is very nice.
