My third cousin Vang Thao from Salem,Oregon works here for free American money for community college or university education...I order a $1.99 taco, plus tax = 3.00. Everything here is app orders and tap on a screen for online orders through a phone cell pay, debit, or credit card.

Ordered steak breakfast crunchwraps. The meat tastes rancid and overcooked. Had to throw it away as I couldn't stomach more than a bite.

The food was meh. the rice was overcooked and soggy but that's the least of my worries. The service was deplorable. I was insulted by this worker after stating that she was ignoring me, after I was waiting for over five minutes at the counter. Avoid this location if you don't want to be degraded simply for asking a question.

First and last. I ordered a party box yesterday 09/05/2025 at 11:20 pm. For some reason the tortillas of the tacos had a smell like old oil. Really bad. And the tasted was horrible. Like old tortillas. Next day we had this weird taste in the mouth. I dont know if they did something to the food intentionally or what happened. I dont know where to report this inconvenience.

I ordered the cantena bowl with extra black beans that I was charged for and got little to no ingredients. Barely any lettuce, cabbage, yet alone the black beans I had to pay extra for. Not coming back here again. This location I gave 2 stars for atmosphere because it has Ac. When I told them I ordered extra black beans and tried to show the worker, I was told to wait a minute. The workers talked amongst themselves long enough I said forget it.

On August 7, 2025, I ordered four soft tacos for my daughter. When asked if I wanted extra beef or sour cream, I declined and specified that I only wanted lettuce and cheese in addition to the beef. However, when I got home, my daughter informed me there was no meat—only lettuce and cheese.
I immediately called the store, and the phone was handed to a woman I believe to be a supervisor. She stated that the order screen said “no seasoned beef” and claimed I had been asked if the screen looked correct. While I may not have noticed that detail, I have worked in the food industry myself and know that good customer service includes repeating the order back clearly. Had the employee confirmed by saying “4 soft tacos with no meat, just lettuce and cheese,” I would have corrected them immediately.

Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, the supervisor placed the blame on me for not “reading the screen.” She said she would remake the tacos only if I brought the incorrect ones back. While I appreciate the offer to correct the order, the way the issue was handled was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though the emphasis was on fault-finding rather than resolving the problem.

It’s also worth noting that this is not the first time my order from this location has been incorrect. I am disappointed, as no one should spend nearly $8 for nothing more than tortillas with lettuce and cheese. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve communication and customer service practices at your store.
