The worst customer service

Everything about this place is horrible. Every time I go here. They always mess something up. This place ust to be ok but now it's not ok. All the workers do is laugh and mess around in the kitchen and not do their jobs properly, and they are unprofessional. I will not come back here, and i recommend not going here unless you want to risk your order getting messed up.

The worrst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. The service was nonexistant. Thank you Susan. The food was mediocre and the atmosphere was freezing. When approached about the food we were told by Susan that it wasn't her job. Save your money.

Long wait, messed up order banned this taco bell in our household for this common occurrence, go to the one at the top of the hill in Kent.

Reyna always acts like she can’t understand when spoken to, but she obviously does when she ask if you want extras meat.
When you go up to the window to make sure it’s right, or make the changes she tells you no….
Never adds sauce but definitely adds it’s on the receipt.
You can obviously tell these employees do not care about their job with the attitude.
The only reason I am even leaving a review, because my brother went through the drive through which lead to the same experience.
so, I can’t even take it personally.
Also they never add meat in the 5 layer burritos, which is insane for the prices they make you pay.
I hope management actually steps in and talks to their employees.
Because it’s not just a one time experience, it’s repetitive.

Ordered plain tacos with sour cream (which is an extra 88¢ charge) to get tacos with lettuce and no sour cream. Ordered chips and cheese, didn’t check the bag before leaving and got home with no chips and cheese. Atleast $4-$5 from order missing soooooo

I just left after visiting this Taco Bell extremely dissapointed with customer service. I was told the manager is Fatimah at this franchise location and I had expressed that the person whom had taken my order did not listen to my request of 4 times over the drive thru mic.

The order was simple:
2 steal grilled cheese burritos - extra steak, extra chipotle sauce, and no fiesta strips.

The screen kept showing steak and I had told her 4 TIMES that I want a STEAK burrito which if the person who was taking my order was actually listening wouldn’t have been an issue so she missed on the extra steak and sour cream part. And I requested for it to be extra grilled.

I got my order and had a feel it would be incorrect so I immediately opened up the burritos in the parking lot before driving off to find my order incorrect and barely even warmed up as suspected. I went inside to speak to them and even opened the burritos as well as threw them away after showing them to 3 workers and requested them to be remade. They asked me to pay again which I had asked why if my order was made incorrect in the first place because the person on the drive thru mic did not choose to hear me correctly resulting in my incorrect order.

I was then ignored by the workers at the registers and I left wasting my money and no respect or proper customer service treatment.

Taco Bell management at this location please do better with your hiring process because this was not cool at all. Any other location I’ve been to has always presented excellent customer service and this rarely ever happens, and when it does it’s simply just remade

Klutzy Dragon

This location discriminates against people with disabilities. I ordered a meal through Doordash for pick up. They refused to serve me, a person with several injuries to my leg, in the drive thru and forced me to come inside to pick up my food. I called corporate and the employees claims that the order had to be picked up inside were false.

I’m giving 1 star solely because I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and two 5 layer beefy burritos. I only got one of the 5 layer beefy burritos along with the steak burrito. Thanks for stealing my money Taco Bell.
