They won't let black people use the restroom. Me and another gentleman were told its dirty. A white guy walks in right afterwards and they give him the code and let him use it.

Oh my god so disgusting. Inedible food. Everyā¦timeā¦ Iām so done. Weāve tried this Taco Bell a few times because itās right down the road but Iām not coming back after tonight. Every time our food has been subpar at best, they serve olddddd food thatās been out for hours and they canāt be bothered to do anything extra. My fault for coming back. For starters I pay for extra sour cream or extra this or that for every order and have never one time received any of that. However thatās not my main point, tonight I was served a BURNT Mexican pizza that tasted so strongly of dirty oil and my side dish of fiesta potatoes was so stale I could hardly even believe they made it into my bag and not the trash canā¦?? Iām not even picky so the fact I couldnāt even choke any of it down was so disappointingā¦ ended up throwing the ENTIRE order away. This place is a waste of money. They need to hire people who care, even if just slightly more than the staff they have currently. If you wouldnāt eat it yourself, maybe DONāT serve it to paying customers??

Yesenia was super helpful and patient with me to retrieve my 4 digit code for the kiosk. My favorite go to order is a Crunch wrap supreme, swap the chicken for steak, no tomatoes, add pico de gallo, add avocado ranch, add green cabbage, order a side of sour cream, (once you have the sour cream mix the diablo sauce with it and spoon some on your crunch wrap supreme and take a bite šš») I also love the peach mango š š„ agua fresca! What is your go to order!Āæ Next time I am excited to try their Chicken Cantina bowl and their mexican pizza. š„°

I ordered a Veggie Power Menu Bowl and it was really expensive. And they forgot to give me a fork when i went through the drive thru. I literally had to walk in and grab a fork myself.
