I live minutes away. Come here all the time and im disappointed almost every time, so i can only blame myself at this point.

Today, was my last straw. I asked for just a soft taco meal. Simple. No tomatoes. Royally messed up. Got a burrito barely folded with tomatoes.

Not to be dramatic but what makes anyone have the right to take my money and give me something wrong in return i didnt ask? Its exhausting.

I dont understand like why simple directions like just getting the ITEM i want right is so hard and accommodations like no tomatoes are so hard.

Thanks taco time for another disappointment and absolute waste of money paying for something that contains something im allergic to and didnt ask for :)

Taco Time is a PNW staple. They have good quality food and a reasonable price. I’m a huge fan of the #3 chicken meal.

I ordered a plate of nachos through the drive through and when I got home and opened the bag the plastic lid was half melted down into the food and what looks like wax papers were shoved on top of the food and melted into all of the toppings. I had to try and scrape some off but now there are wax paper bits all over the top of the food. I have NEVER gotten was paper covering the nachos before and this should never be done. Half the meal is ruined because the toppings are all stuck to the papers. And the melted plastic top to the container makes me nervous. It’s melted on top of the food. I just got nachos from this location about two weeks ago and it was not like this. With another location close enough to this I won’t be back to this one, ever. This is disgusting.

Edit: They asked me to reach out to them, I called and Emailed and no responses. Crappy Company! I expected better Rachelle!!

This was the worst Taco Time I’ve ever had, My pinto bean Tostada salad had puddles of grease at the bottom of the box, the pinto bean crisp burrito was almost like rubber it was so old. My husbands Chicken Crisp Burrito had no cream cheese in it which mean it was probably made and had been sitting there for a while. The Mexi-fries were cold and old. I spent $36 and did not finish a single item I bought tonight. All of it was disgusting. I won’t be going back to that one. Horrible.

I’ve worked at Taco Time before and this is such a bad experience that if it was my boss she would pull us all to the back and talk with us about what went wrong. That is how bad this order was. I will be looking up the District Manager and complaining.

Although they were short staffed, everything was great.

Loved taco time as a kid. Still a great place to go every now and then. Kinda of pricey but what restaurants arent.

For a loaner like me that is looking for a nostalgic moment on Christmas Day. I’m appalled that they falsely advertised that they were open and these are the small things that turn into big things when a person is lonely and wants to just have some good food in the morning.

Food is good, service is fine. I just get off work late, and it's 50/50 on having all the ingredients for my order. Please keep more beans on the steam table until close.

Always good

This is the only fast food that I eat. The food is fresh, the company is local (Washington state only), and they are eco-friendly (nearly all of the packaging is biodegradable).

Lately, Taco Time has been proving itself to be better than Taco Bell. I don't have to worry about greasy beef, and the tacos are fairly generous in their portions. The only thing I make sure to do is mention "no cheese" at least twice. But hey, they've gotten better at hearing me the first time. Until next time ?
