One time i ordered a beef taco bowl and they gave me a bean taco bowl. It was so gross I had to throw it away after only a couple bites. Called and they said they wouldn’t refund the purchase
I ordered a plate of nachos through the drive through and when I got home and opened the bag the plastic lid was half melted down into the food and what looks like wax papers were shoved on top of the food and melted into all of the toppings. I had to try and scrape some off but now there are wax paper bits all over the top of the food. I have NEVER gotten was paper covering the nachos before and this should never be done.
