When I went there the employees were staring me down, when I ordered my food I got a entire different taco that I ordered for me and coworkers, I asked for a refund and they were stubborn but they did not want me to get the manager, the food that my spouse order was good and the atmosphere was alright.

Got their crunchy taco and ate two while my sister ate one. Both of us got sick from it, not to mention their salad and tomato were just stale and cold along with their cheese looking like if hair strands turned into cheese. Never ordering from here again

I like using their app. I can make my lunch order in advance and be in and out in two minutes Especially when there is a long line.
The food is great and rarely have they missed any of my order. It has been quickly corrected when something was missed.

Visited this location to see if things got better to only see things are worse! Giovanni handled my order and others, and when he went to drop my burrito into the oil, he didn’t wash his hands first him being a manager. I was very disgusted. Then I talked to another manager about this situation, even though when I walked in the restaurant, I witnessed her with gloves on washing a dish at the dish area And she didn’t change her gloves so that was the right flag. She told me as long as he’s putting it in hot grease it’s OK but for food safety he should be washing his hands. This is very concerning. She should’ve just apologize and try to make it right instead of making excuses I’m battling cancer and don’t want to get sick before I ring the bell I take this seriously 😳 I didn’t even want the food anymore it’s expensive and not being handled with care

I ordered a number three without tomatoes, but I still received them. The staff was unfriendly and did not respond when I ordered through the drive-thru. Even at the window, they just stared at me. I’m not sure if it was just a slow day or what, but it was not a good experience.
I do not have these problems/issues when I visit the Auburn Taco Time location.
