Jenifer, richard and gerardo were really nice and they all helped she helped me with the menu and was really nice to my grandson.
Everything is nice.. From the atmosphere to the food, you can sit and relax, they won't kick you out, it's quiet and calm, a place to sit and relax??

Was very tired and taco time is a go to comfort food place after a long day, especially since theres so many vegetarian options without having to sacrifice quality. I was happy to get my food quickly and have such friendly servers taking care of me, Raelyn was very attentive and friendly while preparing my order

Despite visiting around dinnertime, it was shocking how deserted this place was. The drive-through was empty, and the dining area was vacant. It was a ghost town. The young man working the counter was clearly new, so I can't really fault him. He handled everything well, considering how inexperienced he appeared. The food came out a little overcooked, and my friend received a burrito that was different from what he had ordered, but other than that, it was a decent experience. Ultimately, what was wrong with our meal, I can chalk up to mistakes happening. It was weird that we were given a number sign for our table, yet they called out the order instead of bringing it to the table. Idk what protocol is for that, I just found it slightly odd. Overall not bad.

Restaurants should not be doing their cash tills till AFTER CLOSING. Being in the food industry of 10 plus years.. business closes when the business ACTUALLY closes. Being denied business at 9:45 when you close at 10 because your coworkers want to cut out early is unacceptable. I understand this isn't the best location but still. Lazy lazy lazy.

As much as their prices have increased they should get the order correct.Below is my original email about the issue with my order. Then following replys from the company and still no gift certificate.I do not normally get upset when mistakes happen but more then once is to much and then they offer to correct it and still nothing.I just went through the drive located at 25649 104th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98030I ordered 3 crisp beef burritos, large mexi fry, two crisp beef tacos meet and cheese ONLY and a churro with Carmel sauce.I pulled up paid and I was asked if I want the receipt in the bag I replied YES.I was then told to park out front. There was no one behind me.After a ten minute wait they brought my order out.I drove home and one of the tacos has lettuce and tomato and the other one looks like they pulled the lettuce and tomato off of it.If they didn't pull it off there is a lot of lettuce mixed in with your cheese.So now I have one kid upset because she has no taco. Tried to fake her out with the other one but there is clearly lettuce in it.This is the 2nd time this has happened.I shouldn't have to inspect my order before I leave the location.No receipt in the bag so I screen shot my back charge for you and attached a Pic of the taco with date and time stampTHERE FIRST REPLY DATED APRIL 13, 2024Hello Susan,I would like to apologize for your recent visit. Walked in and we weren't greeted for a good few minutes. There were only 2 ladies working so I get it being slow, but at least say, "hello, I'll be right with you." The two of them looked so unhappy an straight faced. A smile goes a long way. Very unpleasant workers.
