Me and my husband have been on a quest to find good tacos in our area for a long time now. This place is IT. I tried a variety of tacos - adobada, Al pastor and asada. Adobada by far were my favorites. The tacos are on the pricier side and are small. Loved them so much that we also ordered some togo. We will be back for sure. The owner was very nice and welcoming as well. Also their red taco sauce - AMAZING but very very spicy ?️?️?️

The avocado salsa is the best salsa in Washington. Burritos are solid, meat is always well-cooked and the portions are great

I love this spot, the Tripe is to die for and the lenguas texture is worth the drive down from Queen Anne. Though the location is in a weird spot, it all in all amounts to a nice experience.

The food was pretty good here. The chips and salsa were delicious - it comes with a separate salsa, but you can also choose the self-serve salsa station. They have a delicious, creamy greenish salsa that has a little heat. I ordered the wet veggie burrito. The burrito itself was really yummy. I didn't care for the sauce too much, it was more of a tomato-y sauce than I expected, but that's on me for not knowing what I was getting. Highly recommend this place, and I plan to go back! Oh, and the flor de Calabaza was sooo delicious! We got it with tacos. Yum!!

It's been a challenge finding authentic, good quality mexican food after moving from California 3 years ago. I'm so glad this place exist and that I'm not a far drive away. They have a large sign outside so it'll be hard to miss them with plenty of parking for you. A lady usually takes the order while the man cooks the delicious food. And they make a great team, providing amazing customer service. They provide a salsa bar including pickled veggies you can grab yourself. I love places that have these. At the front you'll see all their flavored horchatas that you can pour yourself after paying. This place is my boyfriend and I's usual place if we want Mexican food. We usually order a carne asada torta with everything on it, and a burrito with no beans. The tortilla is thin, soft and fresh. Probably on the list of one of the best. We also order chips and salsa as a side and it is *chef's kiss*. The chips are fried fresh and the salsa is chunky, juicy and right amount of spice. They could even go spicier. The price for the food is fair and get a good amount for your buck. Def a place to try!

Super fresh authentic and home made Mexican food. We were looking for tacos on our way driving north and found this little gem! Quesadillas are authentic like in Baja. Large homemade flour tortilla folded in half. I had mine with fried zucchini flowers and cheese. So good. Sabroso! Delicioso!Fresh homemade salsa bar, delicious vegetarian street tacos. Mamas in the kitchen so you know it’s the real deal. Highly recommend!

The food is excellent & has very good taste. Customer service is very friendly. In my opinion, the food is extremely overpriced for a typical Mexican restaurant. 2 people will end up paying ~ $35-$45

If you’re looking for mediocre and discriminatory with a salty side or racial profiling customer service by all means you’re welcome here, served on a warm silver platter by that chef/waiter guy who’s probably seen better days. (The lady waitress however, is really nice and respectful that’s actually why I decided to come back again, only to be baffled by the lack of professionalism this time by the disgruntled old fellow). Pulled up the other day and decided to call and make my order while still in the car so I could just pick up my order when ready… was craving fish tacos, since they don’t have those, I settled for the Carne asada beef tacos. I also wanted to know whether they serve anything potato-like so I asked the upset-sounding guy on the phone if they have french fries or something of the sorts…. This guy literally hang up without any explanation. I then called at least twice, but to no avail. That’s when I called the third time while walking in to let him know that wasn’t so nice of him or just order at the counter, Mehn he was so rude and bothered that I stepped in or showed face. The place had only 3 guests and was kinda slow but steady. He literally looked me in the eye and said he couldn’t talk because he’s busy, I was like you could’ve at least put me on hold or excuse yourself kindly and with some couth but the guy couldn’t be bothered.I must add that he was even more disgruntled and his racism showed ( this is something a friend once told me of how uncomfortable they felt when they first went there but I chose to given Tacos Mexico the benefit of the doubt). He kept cutting me off and that’s when I turned around and left, besides there was a family walking in with little kids so I thought it would’ve been best to walk away from the striving male Karen. I did tell him I’d leave a candid and honest review so do consider yourselves warned unless you’re the right complexion and can speak fluent Spanish.
