I usually go to this place to take out togo pear orders. The last time I went, the service was very bad. It took them a long time to give me the order for the tacos without vegetables. They only gave me one sauce and after several orders I had to go back for more. And the meat is very bad

There wasn’t any customer service. You walk in and nobody greets you and knowledges that you have entered. The lady was mean and had an attitude when I asked for the restaurant code. I just left without ordering anything and their wash rooms were dirty and toilet didn’t work. What a mess this restaurant. Spread the word and don’t waste your time traveling here.

Since I moved to live in Federal Way, I have come here a couple of times to eat here. The food is very delicious. The staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it for eating with the family. I will return here as many times as I can. ?

For what I paid for the meal that they had a special on, they could have remembered my meal had drinks with them that they forgot to give, the only reason I did not go back to get them is the fact that my phone was almost dead and I was on my home, but needed enough charge so I could call my brother to let me in our apt building.

I ordered an online order where a flan came and instead of the flan they sent some churros. I can't eat hard things because I have just had tonsil surgery. I called them and the girl said that she had told my son that they didn't have flan. If I wanted churros and he said yes, for this I sent a message to my son not to return the churros, why did he say that if he didn't have flan, the churros were fine. Apart from that, the beans were burnt, a mess, one pays to have it. Take good care of us, don't give us burnt rubbish if you don't have phone numbers to call. What a lack of service.
