Lettuce 'sub' wrap burger was literally falling apart, many small pieces of Lettuce was not ideal, also warm, wilted and soggy lettuce from that plastic container used plus tons of watery mayo dripping.
Same for my last order chicken club, Sourdough - was completely soggy, chewy from that enclosed plastic container. The order only travelled 6 minutes both times. PS: those closed plastic containers ruin food which is meant to have a crispy texture. This should be addressed.

The food is two stars; but the restaurant is always dirty, especially the restrooms. They seem to never clean the floors, which are constantly wet and sticky. Seldom are tables kept clean. We mostly stop by during quiet times and see employees watch us clean our table. I think we're done with them.
BEWARE THEY HAVE A POLICY ON NO REFUNDS. I ordered a burger that came on a hard moldy bun; but no refund. I call it theft. I felt like I must be on Impractical Jokers.

Service has been lacking as of late. Food is consistently good. Kids approved.

It’s better than nothing. The patty is too soft, with barely any meat flavor, just fat. The bun is dry, and the vegetables taste like they were frozen since the ’60s. The tomatoes are pale and other vegetables as well. I’d rather go to places like Dick’s, Wendy’s, Five Guys, or Family Drive-In.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered a double char meal with no lettuce and no mayo, when I get home what do I have Lettuce and Mayo. Its fast food service not rocket science.

Employees were nice, and it was clean, but the food was mediocre. No char on the "char" burger, and it all just tasted like standard fast food, but more expensive. Meh.
