Got brunch today, 55+salmon with gluten free muffins. Enough salmon left to make a small tidbit brunch for my cat, Samuel, I have him with me, because we got his annual exam and vaccines he needs to be accepted by the KENT-SHAG Apts, which I am trying to get into.

This was a very weird experience. I placed an order on Grub Hub or Yelp to pick up, from a place called 'The Meltdown'. I put in address in my phone, and I was off to go pick it up. I drove around for around 5-10 min looking for this place, but couldn't find it. I recalled that some restaurants were making 'pop up' online restaurants. And there was clearly no The Meltdown nearby. I parked in the Denny's parking lot and pulled my order. Nowhere did it say that it was located at a Dennys. I looked at the storefront. Again, no where did it say The Meltdown, or serving food for the Meltdown. I went inside and told the hostess that I had ordered food for a place called the Meltdown and this was the address. And asked if this was the place. She promptly turned and went in the back to grab my food. I headed out, so confused. In the car, i looked at the bag. It had 'The Meltdown' branding and stickers. I opened the box just to check the actual food. Again trying to come to the conclusion that it must only be me that thinks this is weird. I open the box to find my sandwich, but no fries. I ordered the meal. Of course. I head back in and ask for the fries.I can see the benefit of opening a 'pop up' shop online. But come on. There has to be SOMEWHERE that tells me, it's in the freaking DENNY'S! needless to say, will def not be ordering from 'The Meltdown' anymore. Or Denny's for that matter. And will be super sus of any restaurants I haven't heard of on Grubhub. I'll now need to vet restaurants before ordering. SMH.The sandwich was ok. Something I probably would expect from Dennys. I def wouldn't have ordered if I had known it was from Denny's. The service was mediocre, from the undercover restaurant service and missing food. The real bad taste was the seemingly sneaky way to get an order from me, and not have the decency to tell me where to pick up my food.

This is their idea of a brisket sandwich? Pathetic.

Clean but the Server disappeared and we had to send food back three times. One had a hair in the breakfast sandwich and the other one was served with hard biscuits twice. Each time the Service Manager was very accommodating but the server appeared to be on some kind of speed and rushed out to her break without taking the food back to the kitchen. Denny's is not what it used to be 10 years ago!All in all we were not charged for the food that had to be sent back & after sending the biscuits back twice we didn't want to try a third time. The 3 kids meals were Amazing though and they enjoyed it very much!

Absolutely do not get food here. I ordered off a delivery service and gave them 2 tries. Food was extremely greasy, cold and always missing items.
