I am sad to write this review, as their wings are my absolute favorite. The management on all levels is horrible!! Customer service is highly impersonable and slow. Orders promised at pick up times are consistently 10-20 mins late. My last order was given a pickup time of 3pm and when I arrived at 320 was informed it would be a couple hours longer. I did not receive an update on pickup time on the app until 330 (after I left) I requested a refund and the manager said she was unable to do so in the restaurant. I am still waiting 4 days and 3 calls later for someone to address my refund.

Terrible service. Called ahead to simply order 5 pc. Corn and was told it would take 15 mins. Arrived and had to wait 30+ mins and order was not completed. Multiple people waiting on orders.

We have been lied to. My wife ordered wings and thighs. How hard is that? They are supposed to be wing EXPERTS! How wrong we were. The only good thing was the celery. The wings were solid. I don't mean meaty, I mean SOLID? It was like trying to eat a mummified chicken dry. The thighs were just as bad but more like the world worst chicken jerky. What is this world coming to when someone who promotes themselves as chicken gurus fail us? They were supposed to be people with pin feathers. People who clucked the cluck and pecked the peck. It is just sad. We have been lied to. There is no good Wing Stop.

We decided to try this place while we were at Kent Station. What a mistake! It was our first time here so we were reviewing the menu. The person taking the orders seemed very indifferent and didn't offer to answer questions or provide any help. They were more interested in carrying on an existing side-conversation with their co-workers in back in another language than they were to speak with us. At one point, we asked about the promotion that we saw displayed in the window and they didn't seem to know what we were talking about. They spoke very quickly and were difficult to understand. When we asked them to repeat what they had said because we couldn't understand, they just repeated in the same tone and speed as before. We had to resort to pointing at the sign and even then they had no idea what the promo was or how to ring it up. After 3 attempts to convey our order and the person getting it wrong every time, we decided there was no way this would end well. When we said we were going to go somewhere else, it was clear the employee didn't care and just responded with "bye" as we walked out. We will NEVER be going back.

I ordered 4 different individual meals on the app, for each meal I said I wanted honey mustard sauce. Usually I would think that means 4 different sauce cups but no... They decided to give me one sauce for 4 individual meals. They usually mess up other stuff too

Waited ten minutes before a staff member asked us if we had been helped. After saying no, she said somebody else would help us and went back into the kitchen. Waited another 5-10 minutes and still, nobody helped us. Meanwhile, people were coming in and out with their online orders. DO NOT try to buy food here in person. You'll just waste your time.

I called in to place an order. Was put on hold, 15 mins later still no pick up. I was already heading there so I hung up and walked in. They're pretty busy so I figured why the long wait. I get to the front and the lady tells me they aren't accepting any more orders. Only online or phone orders. What? It was 2:30 on a Sunday, no where near closing. So I told them they should have a sign that they aren't accepting walk ins or actually pick up their phones then.

Came in craving wingstop after having COVID for two weeks. Upon ordering the lady asked if I'd like boneless or bone-in wings, into which I replied "bone-in" and we confirmed this with each other multiple times. My to go food took significantly longer than my guest's and once I got ready to go, my car broke down and a tow had to be called in front of the restaurant. This whole ordeal took about 2 hours to get taken care of, just for me to come home, disappointed and frustrated with BONELESS wings. Please do better on insuring customers orders are done correctly :( Sincerely, Boneless wing hater

Extremely long wait for an order of chicken and corn. Delish...... and Lemon pepper wing heaven. That's all I can say. Fried to perfection the Cajun fried corn is SO GOOD BUT I am sure that they've taken 1 while cob and cut it into 4-5 small pieces. They're shady with the corn for sure! Also, try the mild wings too. Ordered them for my little one and she loved them, not to hot. Restaurant is clean but the wait was ridiculous, about 30 minutes.

The wings were good. I ordered two different types, the lemon pepper was very salty. The Hawaiian has to be my favorite. It’s not salty at all and the flavor is great. The fries were also very salty. I had to take a break from eating because of how salty the food was.

This place just gets worst and worst, they don't care about customers and the employees act like they really don't wanna be working at all. The food quality is at an all time low. It's sad, this place was rock solid prior.

Ordered yesterday evening. Didn't receive my rolls or my veggie sticks. Didn't notice til I got home because they had it taped up. Tenders were so so. Fries undercooked and soggy. Chicken bone in was good. Employees were friendly.

Ordered a 10 piece combo - Louisiana rub & garlic parmesan. Wings are usually really flavorful and covered with seasoning which is great, fries are always hot when I come to the store and pick the food up but not with delivery. I love their fries with parmesan seasoning on top and their ranch is the best. Also a fan of their fried cajun corn.

Just called to place a order and the guy on the phone was extra rude. I would place a order online but like my wings plain with the sauces on the side. They don't have that option online. Never again I would go to this kent location
