The broth was amazing! And I loved that it was sustainable, almost all of the items could be recycled or composted.

I've been coming here a few times a month for years. The food is always good and the staff is always nice. But their prices sure have gone up, which is expected with the hyper inflation we had, but the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically as well, especially on the rice bowls, which is my go-to. I used to not be able to eat a whole rice bowl in one sitting, but now it's no problem. The pictures on the menu are representative of what they used to look like (nice and full) but now the bowls are maybe half filled (see my pictures) and my bowl included extra pickled veggies (which used to be free, but now is an extra $.25) with tax my tofu bowl comes $20, which seems like a lot for rice, tofu and some veggies. đ

Vermicelli bowls are good (beef/pork combo), extra fish sauce and no mint.

Pho with beef was gross. Meat was super fatty and gristly, broth was one dimensional / had no depth of flavor, and the veggie egg roll was meh.

Great food. I paid for extra steak and shrimp in my pho and it was lacking!!! For 30$ tip included I expect a packed fat bowl!! Got it home and was lacking on noodles and the meats

The food is undeniably good, but it is vastly overpriced for what you get. Portion sizes are small relative to the cost. I ordered a pork vermicelli bowl from the kiosk and selected âno veggiesâ by unchecking all vegetable options. When my order arrived, it still had lettuce in it. When I asked about this, the staff informed me that I should have written âno lettuceâ in the notes, even though lettuce wasnât listed as an ingredient. How was I supposed to know it would be included? Rather than acknowledging the confusion, the staff seemed to place the blame on me. Despite the quality of the food, I wonât be returning. One bowl with extra pork, an egg roll, and a can of soda cost me over $31âa price that simply doesnât match the experience.

Done coming here. The portions get smaller and smaller. I just spent $23 on a vermicelli bowl and a bottle of water. The bowl was less than half full. It had maybe 1 oz of chicken on it, a few veggies, and maybe 3/4 cup of noodles. You have to do everything yourself. Pretty soon theyâll expect you to cook it to. And still expect a tip. Done. Wonât come here any longer.

The broth is so sweet it makes the star anise taste like Iâm drinking licorice candy. It would be good if no sweetener was used.
The to go lids for the broth do not fit snug so the broth spills everywhere. my bag and paints were wet as I walked to my car. The servers gave new cup of broth, but still spilled on the car ride back.

Friend purchased a 75 dollar gift card for my birthday. Showed up to the kent location and they said they don't take gift cards. In the gift card it clearly says accepted at the kent location. Frauds. Wasted time driving to kent and stuck with a gift card I really don't care to use.

Definitely an, amazon marketplace/cafeteria setup. Walk in, order on the screen, and wait for someone to fill your order. The cool part, can order a la cart, and different sizes available. Not a comfortable setting. Broth didn't come close to having the, Right flavors. And, it was luke warm, borderline cold. Besides the broth being off, they don't even have the rooster Sriracha! ): Fail, n fail. But, tried somewhere new.

The food is great, I have always enjoyed eating here. However, I placed an order online and when I came to pick it up my food was not in a bag and my receipt said "no bag" in handwriting. There is no bag option when you order, I went back and checked to make sure. I can only assume the staff is specifically inconveniencing me because I did not add a tip to the order that I picked up myself. If this is the precedent they are setting with their staff that this is ok, I will no longer be eating here

Pho was very good, you have to order and pay on a screen before you get to the counter. They call your name and thatâs it. I felt that it was not a very personable atmosphere. Pho is made with patience and love and I did get the vibe I was expecting, the broth was spot on though. The restaurant was clean, but the bean sprouts were wilting and brown.
