Vinason has some of the best pho I’ve had! The pho broth especially is super flavorful, and the noodles are high quality. Friendly staff and good atmosphere, would recommend!

Eaten here a couple times. Banh mi was really good. Spring rolls (albeit a little small I feel like) are tasty. However I can't rate higher than three because the pho I got was not great. The broth was fine, but the steak? I will generally bulldog my way through some tough meats, but three out of like, five slices of it was gristle that I could not get through. At like 15 bucks for the small cup and most of the meat to be inedible...I just can't. Hopefully just the steak sucks or I got a real bad one off batch.
Order was ready super fast though!

Went today for the first time, wasn't sure what to expect. I spent almost $38 on beef and meatball pho, spring roll and $5 dollar tip for a small portion pho in paper cup. I normally tip more but it's self service kiosk.. To be fair, they didn't have Huy Fong Sriracha or basil that I'm used to and could be why it tasted off to me.. but that's totally personal preference . They had back door open smoking cigarettes, which isn't a big deal but smells so gross when while I'm eating, it could have been easily avoidable by shutting back door. Very clean place. Not bad but can't say I'll be back for the price . If you look at my reviews, I've never left anything but great reviews.

Food -
Pho - Fresh and crisp. The right amount of ingredients to make me full. I was a little inadated by how many options there were. I was also perplexed by fresh noodle choice. Get rid of that and just have the best dang noodles around. Lol Pho by itself is loved by my family for its broth and ingredients.
Summer rolls - loved them, but I could use less salad. Also superb freshness.
Peanut sauce - I love peanut sauce! Consistency was not thick enough for me, but heh it soaks into the roll for a homeowner!
Service - superb service and attention to detail speaks volumes!
Atmosphere - Delightfully clean and detailed. I just was thinking that you had a row of sauce dispensers on the wall for Pho. I was wondering - a pho restaurant that was similar to that korean BBQ joint that I went too in Charlotte, NC. To much choices. Lol. Heh I would come back for more! I would just tell the next person in line; wait for turn!

Portions are small and ridiculously overpriced. Food comes quickly, but the hidden fees and only kiosk ordering is a turn off.

Gentrification pho.
You know it's a ripoff when they serve it in a paper cup the size of an instant noodle.
This place is good if you like eating fast food for restaurant prices. Nowhere near authentic.

The broth was amazing! And I loved that it was sustainable, almost all of the items could be recycled or composted.

I've been coming here a few times a month for years. The food is always good and the staff is always nice. But their prices sure have gone up, which is expected with the hyper inflation we had, but the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically as well, especially on the rice bowls, which is my go-to. I used to not be able to eat a whole rice bowl in one sitting, but now it's no problem. The pictures on the menu are representative of what they used to look like (nice and full) but now the bowls are maybe half filled (see my pictures) and my bowl included extra pickled veggies (which used to be free, but now is an extra $.25) with tax my tofu bowl comes $20, which seems like a lot for rice, tofu and some veggies. 😞

Vermicelli bowls are good (beef/pork combo), extra fish sauce and no mint.
