Stated they accepted Apple Pay then when I got to the window my card “declined” yet I’m at McDonald’s rn and jsut paid with Apple Pay perfectly fine. Fix your Apple Pay terminals

I ordered a brownie frosty and a 5 dollar biggie bag. Turns out the 5 dollar biggie is now 6 dollars....? The cashier guy gave me attitude when I asked for extra brownie batter(that I paid for!) and then the ice cream tasted... Stale? I guess... Like it had been left out and then refrozen. Then the food was completely cold and with my tooth infection I can barely chew as it is so I didn't get to eat much of my cold plastic tasting burger, cold, dry nuggets, and hard cold tasteless fries.
Overall it was a bad experience and I come here almost every other day.... Super ashamed of my local Wendy's.

I've been several times and don't like the service. They charged me for the wrong order the first time. The service is really slow through the drive through. Another time I left and went somewhere else because I waited so long. Bad management for sure.

Well normally they are ok but tonight they practically threw the food at my girlfriend and we ask at the order screen and at the window for ketchup and they still didn't give it to us normally it's not that big of deal but we asked twice and we was even told they put ketchup in the bag then they didn't even give our sweet and sour for the nuggets and they asked us which sauce we wanted tonight was plain rude service if you ask me

The New Wednesday meal was delicious and the ravens blood frosty delightfully refreshing! Service workers were polite but hard to understand English and had to explain in detail my order several times 2 misfortune meals
