The New Wednesday meal was delicious and the ravens blood frosty delightfully refreshing! Service workers were polite but hard to understand English and had to explain in detail my order several times 2 misfortune meals

Coming there at 11 pm, trying to order through drive through window, there were zero cars and I’ve got a response that they can’t serve me because I’m not on a car.

The outside of the building looks really bad. May want to renovate or make some improvements. Not to mention, the surrounding areas look horrible, too.

One sandwich got cold, waiting for another being prepared. Everything should have stayed in a warming area until total order ready. On the other hand, burger combo let you substitute chili for fries, and frosty for drink.

Staff EXTREMELY RUDE, tried blaming me for them giving me the wrong order, when it was their fault, and they still gave me partial of the wrong order but they were so rude to me I couldn't get a word in edgewise to input anything. Then when I tried calling to speak to a manager the person sighed and then hung up on me. No one cared or anything, and thats terrible work ethic to try and place the blame on THE CUSTOMER FOR THE WRONG ORDER BEING HANDED TO THEM.

They are saying that they work until 1AM, but when I came at 10pm, they are already closed, so 1 star for everything

Went to go pick up a door dash there, the staff just stood there for 10 minutes and ignored me after asking multiple times for my order, then when someone finally acknowledged me the manager started yelling at me saying I'm not getting any order and to leave the property. Management here is horrible and should be fired after this incident.
The interior was quite modern, and the staff maintained a clean lobby. The woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I got a baconator and fries to go. My order was prepared efficiently within a few minutes. I had about a five minute drive before I arrived home and ate. Unfortunately, the burger was dry. The fries were not fresh. I want to give this place a higher rating because the service and atmosphere exceeded expectations. However, the food was disappointing. If you come here, I recommend eating in the dining area.
