Apparently breakfast ends whenever they feel like it at this location. On more than one occasion I have gone there anywhere from 15 minutes to 5 minutes before breakfast is supposed to end and they tell me that breakfast is over. Today when I went with 15 minutes to spare I asked when it was supposed to end she said "now". When I then said it's not 10:00 yet I was met with silence. I didn't complain when I arrived with 3 minutes to spare but 15 min is plenty of time to make a sandwich. Do better Wendy's!

Screwed up my order a few weeks ago and got a single mushroom burger instead of double but was charged for a double. Today got a tater and some Chilli. Chilli was so cold that when I went to toss it on the tater cheese just fell out the Chilli in a shredded clump. Place is usually good but there is times when it's just absolute dog shit.

Service is extremely slow and the staff does not properly communicate with customers. They are not well organized and do not treat this location as “fast” food.
I come here for lunch since work is close by. I frequently wait 20 min just to get a pre-made salad (and that’s after I order through the mobile app ahead of time too).
I always come here and the crispy chicken sandwiches are so inconsistent sometimes they are delicious and sometimes they suck. This one was by far the worst experience I had. Bad lettuce on my chicken sandwiches and a small peace that doesn’t even cover the whole sandwich, barely any mayo. I ordered a large chili and it wasn’t even full for the price I expect it to be fuller than what it was.

Service is fast, but food is not fresh and is made sloppily and lazy. Managers are less interested in Quality Customer Service and more about showing how smart mouthed and crappy they can be. Literally asked for a receipt and was asked why - and when told her I should be given one for my proof of purchase and tax reasons, she told me they aren’t required to give one. I asked for management and was told “I am the manager”….
Not going there again, that’s for sure!!!!! 🚫

The evening staff on 11/22/2024 were incredibly rude when I went to their drive through. They were dismissive of my questions and had a hostile demeanor. I can understand if someone hates their job, but that’s no reason to take it out on customers. Management seriously has to do something about this because nobody should should be this miserable at their job.

Go through drive through went to eat inside i froze. I talked to the manager and complained and noticed even the workers were wearing long sleeves and bundled up. They said owner upper management won't fix it. I feel bad for the workers 😞
