Didn't even get a chance to order. Went inside to treat my daughter and I to a Frosty and the lady working drive thru just stood there by the drive thru area. (Absolutely no customers.) I smiled. We locked eyes for a good 5-8 seconds. No acknowledgement, smile, NOTHING. She then disappeared around the corner. A guy came to the counter and saw me, then started organizing dipping sauces! No hello, nothing! He disappeared and the same lady came back and we just stood there staring at each other. No customers in the lobby or drive thru. We just left. Absolutely ridiculous.
