I place orders online for drive-thru, and never once have I gotten my order at the window. Without fail I'm pulled around to park, waiting upwards of 10 minutes for food that's cold. I always give at least a half hour, you're telling me no one was available for a $15 order for a whole 40 minutes? Turn off online orders if you won't fulfill them.

Location is not the greatest, I hope you speak Spanish or at least Spanglish. Food is average service depends on who's at the window sometimes good sometimes the guys act like they're mad at you. Customer service is not important I honestly believe they think they're doing you a favor by being open. I go back cuz it's convenient and on the way to everywhere I Go

BE AWARE!!!!! They served me a raw burger! I could tell the patty looked weird before bitting into it so I knew right away and didn't even chew it. I had to drive all the way back and they offered me a frosty lol which I declined.

My wife and I absolutely love this Wendy's location at 25350 Pacific Hwy S in Kent, WA. The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people we've encountered, making every visit a pleasure.
What really stands out are the little details, like the pristine and wonderfully scented bathrooms, something you don’t often see at fast food places. The Christmas decorations are another highlight. You can tell they weren’t just following franchise standards; it feels personal, like the owners put genuine thought and care into creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
This Wendy's goes above and beyond, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Five stars all the way!

Night Crew here is really solid and in my opinion is better than the morning crew , been going there a lot recently doing mobile orders and most of the time the night crew is great, just wanted to leave my review for them to let them know I appreciate them.
