I’ve eaten here at least 12-13 times in the past 4 months. Dine-in, takeout, mobile orders, everything but delivery (I own the spot next door), and the staff here has always been super friendly. The food is good, tried basically everything on the menu at this point, but nothing beats the boneless mango habanero for me. Even got the atomic once and that wasn’t too bad spice-wise, mostly peppery heat. Not a huge fan of the dry rubs, but that’s just me. The wife loves the Hawaiian. We’ll be coming back over and over

Come on now Wingstop pluck the dang feathers off the chicken BEFORE you fry them. frying them with feathers will not remove them 🤢 🤮

This is sooo nasty and so unsanitary. I don’t understand how the process works but nobody wants to eat fried chicken feathers. Completely turned my stomach and I wish I saved my money. This is beyond gross, DO BETTER!! Waste of $20

I placed an online order and sent my daughter in for pickup. They gave her the wrong wings. She went back in and, after being talked to rudely, they handed her the same wrong wings again. I called and emailed photos of my order vs. what we received. The staff member insisted it was “right” and told me to call his manager at 10am. Worst service I’ve had here. Order was on 10/29 8:07pm under Order number 7587407134

I’ve been craving wingstop for months. Finally went and I was very disappointed when I walk in and get passed over 3 times because I don’t speak Spanish. I will not be back to this location EVER.

wish i could give them a 0 - they messed up my food & made me pay twice because they couldn’t find my order & when i picked it up they forgot to give me my other items - had to drive back & forth just for my meal , not customer friendly at all.

cashier was just staring at us the whole time, got there at 10:30pm and waited over 30 minutes for a dine in and checked in with the employees only to be handed my order in a takeout bag! never called my name out either just had it sitting in the back, took long enough so they wouldn’t have us eat inside! all the employees are lazy af and not a hairnet in site

For almost 100 dollars for 3 people with 10 wings each you would expect better quality. Wings were mushy, felt boiled not fried. Completely under seasoned, virtually no sauce. Been ordering from here for years and the last several times have been horrible, guess it's time to move on cause the quality doesn't come close to matching the price. Just close the store and stop wasting people's time and money. Beyond dissatisfied.
