Went here to get some food waited over 25 minutes people that ordered there order got it before me. Plus the gm it seems is walking around chewing gum with his mouth wide open

One star because our order was incomplete, and customer service was horrible. Me and my family asked for a combo of fries and vegetables in our order, but they only gave us vegetables. Also, the worker seems grumpy when we order our food. Please don’t enter this wingstop store. Also a message to the manager: please hire better employees.

I called in to place an order, fully aware that it wouldn’t be started until payment was made in person. I headed over immediately and arrived just minutes later. At the front counter, the cashier appeared busy on the computer but asked how he could help. I told him I was there for an order under my name, and he simply said, “They’re making it,” so I sat down to wait.

After about 20 minutes with no update, I asked another staff member who then told me I needed to “check in” and pay—something the first person never mentioned or handled. I paid right then, and now it’s been over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting for my order.

This is not typical of my experiences here, but whoever was managing things tonight (June 27, 2026, around 11:19 PM) was clearly unorganized and not handling things properly. I left after an hour by the way and my order was out on the shelf no one again told me until I had to ask once again! Offered me a Brownie 🤦🏽‍♂️

DO NOT WALK IN AND ORDER. This place seemingly puts a priority on online orders above all these. At first it took several minutes for them to actually acknowledge we were there and ready to order. It then took over 30+ minutes to get an order of twenty wings ready. Meanwhile we saw dozens of customers walk in, get handed an online order, and leave. Go to the wingstop at Kent Station. Or just don’t bother.

Went to this wingstop about 5 hours ago and I’m truthfully pissed at Norma the Narwal, I asked for ranch and she said NO, I ordered a 75 piece and she gave me 68-69 pieces and when I showed her she said “you probably ate em” to which I replied you probably ate it you fatass which me trying to better myself was very hurtful. I’m 45 and sincerely can say I will NEVER eat at another wingstop.
