every time I come here the food is barely seasoned. I asked for extra seasoning and I rarely get it. the workers are nice but someone please put more seasoning on the fries and chicken. what’s the point in having that option if it never applies? ??

So my friends and I ordered early at 10:00 a.m. and set pickup for 1:00 p.m. when when we could get someone to pick it up for us only for when our food would finally reach us to be missing one of our orders and to have only one cup of ranch even though we ordered three 10 pieces and one 5 piece. I called the store to ask if they could offer free delivery and I understand that they don't and they said that they would give us a partial refund which would take 5 to 7 business days which is just flat out ridiculous because on top of that while I'm on the phone with this woman she would be speaking one second and then as soon as she done not give me any chance to talk it off put me on hold and I would have to listen to these obnoxious Wingstop as telling me when you get here your food will be ready for you on time no the freak it wasn't this is ridiculous this is why you're rating is so low never will I buy from WingStop again even though I'm a fatty

When ordering in Uber eats. I never get my drink. Everything else is perfect: the fries, ranch etc. then the drink is always missing. Either it’s the 52 oz. lemonade or a regular soft drink. It’s just making me waste money. Please update your Uber Eats profile to show that drinks are not available. Otherwise, I don’t know how else I could be getting my drinks neglected in my order.

Absolute disaster on wing day 7/29. Manager refused to talk to customers. Orders were delayed over an hour. Employees refused to give an updated estimate for how much longer it would take. Multiple guests asked to cancel the order and get a refund and they couldn’t process that. They said the manager would do it later and it would process in a week. What! I called back the next day and the employees were shady about why a manager couldn’t get on the phone. Either there is no shift manager, they have no accountability and refuse to address customer issues. I’m frustrated to have wasted over an hour of my time and then get jerked around by the employees with zero customer service attitudes or skills.

I actually prefer my chicken really crispy,so this hit the spot when I asked for them well done. And they seasoned the fried with just the right amount. But the lemon pepper wings were over salty.These guys working here know how to make some yummy wings really love the hot honey
