Came in to order some wings just now, went to pay with cash & was told it's card only. I only had cash from work tips. The female who was taking my order was very condescending when I asked why they don't take cash. I am not ok with a cashless society BOOOO

Do not support this place or at least do not order from delivery app. They are taking advantage of app driver and make them prepare drinks when they pick up the food to deliver. Not only that this is illegal, driver do not have food handler license and imagine where those hands been all day. They do not have an access to bathroom every time they need it.

Really wouldn't recommend. Very expensive, and the wings weren't any better than frozen ones you could buy at Fred Meyers.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and I love how great the customer service is there’s no other restaurant that greets u like wingstop honestly and on top of that the food is amazing. 10/10 recommend

One star because our order was incomplete, and customer service was horrible. Me and my family asked for a combo of fries and vegetables in our order, but they only gave us vegetables. Also, the worker seems grumpy when we order our food. Please don’t enter this wingstop store. Also a message to the manager: please hire better employees.

I called in to place an order, fully aware that it wouldn’t be started until payment was made in person. I headed over immediately and arrived just minutes later. At the front counter, the cashier appeared busy on the computer but asked how he could help. I told him I was there for an order under my name, and he simply said, “They’re making it,” so I sat down to wait.

After about 20 minutes with no update, I asked another staff member who then told me I needed to “check in” and pay—something the first person never mentioned or handled. I paid right then, and now it’s been over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting for my order.

This is not typical of my experiences here, but whoever was managing things tonight (June 27, 2026, around 11:19 PM) was clearly unorganized and not handling things properly. I left after an hour by the way and my order was out on the shelf no one again told me until I had to ask once again! Offered me a Brownie 🤦🏽‍♂️
