$21 For red curry and rice, not a huge portion. I even had to ask for utensils, they didn't include them with a to-go lunch order...
I stopped here with my wife for the first time, and I have to say, hands down, this was the best Thai I've had in a long time. The pad see ew was amazing, along with everything else. We will definitely be coming back, and may even make this a regular spot.
Very upsetting. We've been coming here since we moved here for about 3yrs or so never had any issues or problems until tonight when my fiancee found a small roach in her food. Spent $100 had to go back thankfully we got a refund. But will sadly not be going back anymore. And I have the picture but for some reason I can't upload it
Pad Thai is inedible. Sauce is straight up ketchup. No peanut sauce or limes whatsoever. I called, they said they'd give me a free meal next time and I asked how would they know who I am? And she hung up on me. Don't eat here.
Almost $17 for cashew chicken with no rice included. Not worth the value. Avoid this place.
I used to really love the Tom yum noodle soup at Youpa. Unfortunately when I went to get my order today I found out they have new owners. That's fine, it happens. But then I got home and poured the Tom yum noodle soup broth in my bowl. Before adding the rest of the ingredients, I noticed it was a pale yellow color. That's unusual because it's usually a rich reddish color. I took a spoonful and tasted it. It was like lightly flavored Tom yum water. I put the noodles and other ingredients in the bowl because I already spent $15 on this and I added some of my homemade chili oil in hopes it would add something to make it edible. If disappointment had a taste, it would taste like that noodle soup. I'm not going back to this new Youpa Thai. It's always been expensive compared to other Thai places but the flavors and portions made it worth it. I'd give zero stars if I could because I ended up dumping half the soup into the trash
We called in our order for pick-up. It was ready when we arrived. We ordered chicken phad thai, pineapple fried rice and an order of crab Rangoon. The food was good but not great. We asked for 1* and got zero star which made the food average.
They forgot to give me part of the order, even though I asked them if everything was in there. Had to drive back so by the time I got to sit down at the dinner table some food was cold. Guy at the counter said sorry, that’s it. What happened to trying to make it right for the customer? Not mad about the missing item, just disappointed of how they handled the mistake. Food was average and not worth the price.
I often use prior ratings to decide whether or not to visit someplace new and Youpa's has really good ratings on Google. Anyway, I went to eat here months ago with my housemate, his sister and nephew. The service was horrible, but the food was average to above par (especially the pineapple fried rice with added crab). Having a guest over who deserved better than I could muster up in a moment and chalking the front-end facing service up to low staffing issues and the disenchantment of workers as of late, I decided to skip that part of the experience and call tonight to place an order for pickup, . The introduction was, "Youpa's Thai Kitchen, can you hold?" I said, "Yes, of course." The line went silent. Four minutes and twenty seconds later I found myself hanging up and ordering from an entirely new place who not only answered but did so cordially and even helped me out to my car with the drinks. Youpa's, your ratings imply better, please do better. Due to ratings inflation, I'll give you a 2 because the food, if it can be ordered and get past the service issues, is still warm and satisfying.
Very disappointed. For an Entree for $15.95 this is all I got. Half of the container. Spend $50 for a dinner and now I have to go elsewhere to eat because it didn't even come with any rice or anything. I'll never go back.

Great and friendly service, the food was delicious, and the Thai pork sausage was refreshingly tasty. Will definitely come back!!
I'm sad the old owners sold this place and retired. It was great. Now, the portion sizes barely fill up half of the to-go containers, one member of the staff is extremely rude, and their bamboo shoots smell like literal kitty litter. I called to talk to the manager to let them know about my issues, but left a message with the staff. I gave them my number and have yet to hear back from a few weeks ago.
I had the Tom Yum and it was incredible! Spicy, flavorful, and generous portions, will definitely be back soon.
My husband and I love this place, we were telling my brother about it and he decided to buy us a birthday dinner. They forgot his main course pineapple fried rice, he decided to get it to go, the waitress dropped his fried rice on the floor instead of remaking it they repackaged it and gave it to him they did not offer any discount for the inconvenience not sure if we will be back.
Best thai we have found outside Colorado Springs. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly.
