Been going here since i was in second grade, so roughly almost 20 years. My family used to have a shop in the shopping center, so my cousin and i (Tony and David) used to walk over and eat almost every week after school.
Get the Chicken Katsu. I kid you not, it’s the best Katsu i’ve ever had. Out of all the teriyaki joints in the area, hands down, they make it best. It’s crispy, crunchy, tender and just the right amount of chew! Paired with rice, salad and their katsu sauce. You won’t get none of that dry, soggy and fall off breading like you do at other places.
Also, if you’re not a fried food fan, their Chicken Teriyaki is delicious! Classic, tender, moist chicken with rice. My #2 next to Chicken Katsu.
For the owner and their family,
Thank you for serving the community for the last 2 decades. As a kid to an adult, i’ve always felt so welcomed every time i stepped in. I will always drive across towns just to come and eat here. Thank you, and will see you again and again!
P.S. to the family: If it is ever time for the owners to retire, please dm the Katsu recipe! Really! Haha

We love Yummy Teriyaki!!! This location has consistently for years had high quality, delicious dishes! Our family favs are the Katsu Chicken {the dipping sauce is soooo good}, and the Mongolian Beef {we order well done so it's a little crunchy and ask for extra crispy noodles}. The couple that owns this place cares about what they are serving and are very kind. Highly recommend!!

Overall, pretty tasty and would come back. The teriyaki sauce for the chicken was pretty sweet but it paired nicely with the chicken. I didn’t like the salad sauce at all, not like the typical salad dressing you get from teriyaki places, it didn’t taste like ranch but it smelled like it. The portions were plentiful for the price ($15) and the service was great. Ordered over the phone for pick up.

Too much sugar and salt in the chicken teriyaki
The food in this restaurant shocked me. I ordered beef noodles and I could see that the beef was only a few small pieces. Are the noodles just regular instant noodles? I need to spend $14 plus tax to buy a pack of instant noodles with a few small pieces of beef slices. This is not how business is run. Even if the current prices are rising, you can't insult consumers like this.

Order from here frequently via Doordash. Came in for a visit, food is delicious, hot and generously portioned. Some Japanese-inspired cuisine like katsu and ramen, and some Chinese-inspired cuisine like orange or Mongolian chicken.

I had such a wonderful experience at this teriyaki spot! The food was absolutely delicious- perfectly crispy Katsu, tender chicken teriyaki, and fluffy rice with the delicious sauce as well. The salad is also very delicious! I have gotten take out multiple times as well as dining in and the consistency in quality always seizes to amaze me. The portions are always generous and satisfying. On top of that the owners are incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming. This place is a gem, and I highly recommend!

While the staff was friendly, the food was a huge letdown. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, short ribs, rolls, and a salad. The chicken was reheated unevenly—some parts cold, others barely warm. The rolls were sloppy with low-quality ingredients, and the salad was terrible. Everything felt cheap and poorly prepared. I won’t be coming back.

Service was excellent, food was tasty and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Couldn’t help ourselves and ate some of the gyoza and ramen before taking a photo?

Restaurantji Recommends
I really want to support this place due to the nice lady who works here and the restaurant being very clean. But unfortunately the food quality and portions have gone down the year.
Good:
- Service is speedy and nice
- Gyoza sauce is very tasty
- Perfectly cooked rice
Bad:
- Chicken teriyaki/gyoza combo had such small portions for $16. (I'm not a big guy)
- 4 gyoza when nearby places give 6.
- Gyoza sauce container was ~10% filled
- Chicken was too lightly grilled and fatty
- Teriyaki Sauce doesn't have enough tang, just pancake syrup tasting.
I'm sorry times are tough on prices but hopefully feedback will help.

Had a chicken bento. First bite was good but then the chicken started to taste like bleach. I hope I don't get sick.
