Not only is the food delicious, that staff is FANTASTIC! We have always felt so welcomed every time we come. They absolutely love our daughter and are always trying to help us keep her entertained. Current review: It is so, so disappointing. This place has died. I went here again for the first time in awhile and to see how my childhood chinese restaurant has changed for the worst was so sad! Food is so much different and much much lower quality. Only thing that hasn't changed is the egg rolls, those are still perfect. The service was strange as well, lady was very persistent about things. I don't think I'll be coming here again. Used to be the absolute best Chinese food around, and I mean that!

Genuinely some of the best Chinese food around. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and even after quite a few changes in ownership, some of the recipes stayed exactly the same. Their sweet n sour sauce is killer, their egg rolls are very peppery and filled with cabbage, the egg foo young is incredible, and the almond fried chicken is actually the best. Their soups are also super good! The only thing I grieve for is they used to have fried tofu on the menu, the oldest one was just plain but still lovely, but the most recent time a few years ago was salt and pepper tofu with bell peppers and onions and it was INCREDIBLE. I wish they would bring that back! Other then that definitely a must go-to Chinese restaurant.

Awesome service, great food, and a nice quiet environment, couldn't recommend this gem more, the prices are amazing too, maybe I'm just jaded by the good ol seattle 20 dollar teriyaki lunch but you can't beat the quality of the food here for the price

Joy luck is such a gem and Kingston is so lucky to have them! The vegetables are always fresh and everything is so delicious! They are happy to veganize things for me and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the service here.

We've eaten here regularly for over a decade. Used to be the best Chinese American food in Kitsap. Not so for the last year or so. Last two meals were disappointing and not up to their previous quality. New cook?

My fiance and I enjoyed a delicious meal tonight. The young man who waited on us, was fast on his feet and very kind.

This is your classic American-Chinese food! Everything was fresh and hot! I was greeted with a warm welcome, and I felt that the business owners truly appreciated my business. I ordered the cashew chicken and it was very tasty! It was a huge portion that lasted me all day. It is a one story business with no steps and lots of parking. My order took about 11 minutes. There are a lot of spaces to sit, but since I was in my lunch break I got mine to go. They put the rice in a separate container which made sure it didn’t get mushy. I will be visiting again soon.
