Borrowed Kitchen Bakery is a popular spot in Kingston, known for its delicious pastries, breakfast burritos, and drinks. The apple fritter is a standout, with its crispy edges and soft center, and the bakery’s fresh bread, especially the sourdough, is highly praised for its crunchy crust and fragrant, soft inside. The bakery also offers chocolate cake, described as rich, dense, and a chocolate lover's dream, along with frozen take-home meals. Bakery items look very tempting, including the lemon blueberry danish, served warm with fresh zest, and the baked apple fritter, split into thirds with a cinnamon apple center. The staff are extremely friendly and make the experience even better. With excellent service and a kid-friendly atmosphere, this bakery is a great place for families and individuals. It’s recommended to plan ahead, as the bakery is closed on Sundays. Visitors often find it perfect for breakfast or to satisfy sweet and savory cravings alike.
