I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location on the morning of July 8, 2025, around 10:50 AM. Despite it being a busy time, the staff handled everything with speed, efficiency, and a smile.
A big thank you to Manager Rex for the fantastic customer service! it’s clear that he leads by example. I also want to give a special shoutout to the drive-thru girl (I didn’t catch her name) for being so polite, quick, and professional. Her teamwork with the rest of the crew was impressive.
Great job to the entire team for keeping things running smoothly and making my visit a pleasant one!

This place needs whole new management.. people are NOT getting fair hours and it's pretty sad. Yall rigged that little system you got going on and now it's being talked about.
Only ones in the drive thru, 1 car at the entrance; had us wait to order and told every min 3x sorry please wait.... finally ordered, we get to window and wait some more, more than usual, what we ordered and what we got after we drive away: cold fries that didn't taste very good and we were missing some of our order. We were in our way to the ferry, our bad for not checking, but seriously 3 items! Do better, you had 1 customer

Drive through guy might hate his job but you have to sound a little less condescending and sarcastic if you’re going to be front line staff. It’s already ego damaging to eat McDonald’s. I don’t need the drive through guy to make me feel worse about it. It was so bad I just said nevermind and drove off instead.
