Something about the way all fast food establishments in this part of the continent cook the food. I believe it's the over the top amount of trying to make everything healthier, but not everything is meant for said changes. Or, I could be biased seeing I recently moved here from south Louisiana, where no other place in this miserable godforsaken world can touch the food. This is probably one of the slowest drive-thrus I’ve EVER been to. My average time waiting is approximately 15-20 minutes, plus they only get the order correct about 1/2 of the time. But the employees are friendly and seem to have good attitudes.

By far the nicest crew I've experienced at any McDs. Stopped in to get something quick before I got on the ferry, and was met with friendly staff, quick food, and the quality I was expecting.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location on the morning of July 8, 2025, around 10:50 AM. Despite it being a busy time, the staff handled everything with speed, efficiency, and a smile.
A big thank you to Manager Rex for the fantastic customer service! it’s clear that he leads by example. I also want to give a special shoutout to the drive-thru girl (I didn’t catch her name) for being so polite, quick, and professional. Her teamwork with the rest of the crew was impressive.
Great job to the entire team for keeping things running smoothly and making my visit a pleasant one!
Very kind staff, had to remake a cheeseburger with extra pickles three times but they got it right 👍🏻
