The wifi sucks and the management is very rude!! Won't go back after being charged for full when I was trying to Use My points for some free hashbrowns but was charged for it. When the manager came up to me she asked if I needed to place an order I said yes since your wifi was down and asked if I could order it still with the free hashvrowns and she looked at me like I was putting her out!!! Not happy don't go unless U really need too!! Been going there for almost 7 yrs and have never been treated like I was today!!!

I ordered breakfast on the app for curbside pickup. There was a long delay, but the food finally showed up with an apology and a card redeemable for a future free sandwich.Parking: Adequate nearby parking.

I pull up at 6:00 in the drive thru and see an employee smoking in front. I try ordering and got no response. I turn off my car and waited and waited to order. I finally pulled up to the window. Turned off my car again. Waited there 5 min. Finally someone came to the window (the same guy smoking the cigarette). After ordering they asked me to pull forward. I pull forward and finally after waiting in my car, I go inside to find out what is going on and see if it will be much longer. Seems to be only 2 people working. Didn’t get my food until 6:17 and it wasn’t even hot. The orange juice tasted like water with a hint of orange. Who is running this show?

Staff were amazing spent 20 dollars and it used coupons from the app and we got enough to feed 4 people and all the food especially the fries were cooked fresh the fries felt as if they were just fried ?Kid-friendliness: We were a group of 3 teens and felt happy and full by the end.

They have no training on how to have good customer service in regards to having any type of accountability. Whenever I have came here, I always say please and thank you, give endless comments to staff because I work in the industry of customer service as well and I know how hard it can be for a worker but that’s still not enough for this staff. EVEN WHEN IVE BEEN KIND TO YOUR STAFF, I’m met with scoffs and side eyes when your staff messes up. Take accountability, seriously.

Hands down the best McDonalds I've ever been to. Whenever in Kingston, the kids want happy boxes, I will go because the staff are friendly, service is great and the food actually looks like it was made by someone who cares. Compared to other McDonalds, 5 stars everything. Keep it up Kingston!
Got a quick meal for my teen. Free fry Friday, a McChicken, and a chocolate shake. There was a bit too much chocolate in the shake but that's OK. Went through the drive-thru for pickup with the mobile app. The lady at the second window gave me the shake and said have a good day except I was still waiting for the food part. Lol. It came out hot and fresh.
