I really like the owner of this restaurant. Is a super nice guy. However, there been several times when they've messed up on my sandwiches and have not made it right. And to me that's just never okay. I stopped eating here because of that issue. And back in the day Subway used to be my go-to place for sandwiches, because they were conveniently every. Honestly though, I have a different favorite sub shop that hands down has sandwiches thar taste better and the customer service is impeccable. I don't think it's fair to leave an all negative review without highlighting at least something that is positive. So as I mentioned the owner is a really nice guy although he never did correct the last major issue I had and it was a significant amount of money I spent on sandwiches that had stale bread. Oh sorry I did not mean to digress into the negative. So for the truly positive point I want to make is that Subway does a really good job making chopped salads.

No line up, but people started coming in the door after I went in & started ordering...it must've been the ferry traffic ?Always had good service make it my stop along my journey!

Never in all my life have I paid for a wrap which I have then had to re-wrap myself. I'm sure this wrap will be as delicious as subway usually is, but I don't think I'll be returning. I suggest a re-training on the way to wrap a wrap and also how to ask for help with things you don't know how to do...

I was delighted to find gluten free sandwich bread at Subway's Kingston location. Both the texture and taste was quite good! The staff was efficient and completed my order quickly. It's a great place to stop when you are in a hurry!

When I'm taking the whole foot long down, I think of all the foot longs that have been slain since 1989, unbelievable. Jared himself would quiver for some not so tuna.

Came with a group of 10+ people and there was only one person staffed, but the only lady who was -- Kay -- was super nice, accommodating, and quick with all our individual orders. I've never been to a subways up until this point in my life, and was overwhelmed and unsure what to get. Kay helped guide us through different options and again was super prompt with our orders. Will come back to this location again if I'm ever looking for a quick meal on the road!

I just entered the Kingston Subway and was eyeing the menu. The gal working the restaurant was outside and scurried in the door and back into the back room. I wasn't too concerned, I was the still surveying the menu and honestly it's been a very long time since I have been to a Subway (because of COVID). All of a sudden she appears from the back room and yelled at me that I can't expect service unless I stand directly under the sign that says Order here. She even hammered her finger at the sign and glared at me as if I broke a cardinal rule.There was no one else in the Subway, I was so shocked by the extreme rudeness that I simply said I don't think I'll stay after that welcome. She said, "Suit yourself".I left. What happened to customer service over the pandemic? With that, I went home and had lunch, never to return again.
