The food was exquisite and homemade. It was so authentic and felt like a hug bringing me back to Istanbul. The owner was so friendly and it’s just so nice to be in that environment. Also, the tiramisu was delicious. Right in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Can’t wait to go back and try their çiğ köfte!

Never go again, how awful was the food. I ordered a donor sandwich only had few peace of beef the other was filled by vegetables. I thought it was salad sandwich.
Went looking for an authentic german döner and got my hopes up just to spend $15 on a sad concept of a “döner.” Wouldn’t recommend if you know what an actual döner tastes like, this will be a letdown. Overpriced for the amount of food you get.

Kebab was just okay, not that flavorful sorry and a bit pricey for what it was

Following overwhelmingly positive reviews, I visited with high expectations to try the kunafa. Finding parking proved challenging, requiring a considerable search. My kunafa was disappointingly flat, resembling a pancake in size and unlike the photos. It lacked thorough baking, resulting in insufficient crispness. Furthermore, the cheese imparted a salty rather than sweet flavor profile. I will not repurchase nor recommend this item. Not worth the money, really expensive for this pancake..

Parents:: don’t sleep on this place. Getting my kids a chicken plate and lentil soup makes for an easy healthy lunch that can feed a few on one order. It comes with chicken, rice or bulgur, a salad and some pita. My kid goes nuts for the lentil soup too.
Otherwise, this is a wonderful restaurant in downtown Kirkland with good indoor and outdoor seating, the owners clearly take pride in their food and its origin. Lots of great options, quick friendly service and reasonably priced.

Amazing food great customer service, highly recommended !!
The lamb and beef was clearly just that. It was fresh and clearly made with quality ingredients. The plate was served with white rice, a pile of lettuce, tomato, and onions.
It was a decent amount of food although it is a little pricey but you are paying for quality and location.
The food came out quickly and it was hot. The tzatziki was good and served with a hot sauce that was like an herbier Tabasco.
Absolutely recommend to try this place. My husband and I had the beef Gyro and the Egg and sausage was made to perfection in my point of view. I ordered the gyro with only meat and there was so much flavor and no sauce needed. The egg and turkey sausage was light but filling. The kenafe is so delicious! Sweet but nutty with the pistachio topping. Perfect! I loved the atmosphere because the owner and the chef were incredible. They were very nice and welcoming and their enthusiasm and energy was contagious
Such a kind couple that run this business. Incredibly accommodating. Food is so delicious 🤤
