The Fresh breads are great

Sumit Kamath

We ordered 2 pizzas and were told it would be ready in 20minutes. When we got there the pizzas were missed and we would have to wait another 20minutes.

When we went to pick up the pizzas, the bakery seems to have no concept of a queue or order. While I am waiting to tell the cashier I’m here to pick up, multiple people (from the same culture as this bakery) jumped in front of me. Instead of telling them- wait this guy has been waiting, the cashier just let it happen and ignored me.

Missing our order is not a big deal. But, this establishment seems to have no respect for people’s time and don’t seem to want my business as I’m not part of their culture.

Too expensive. Looks and sounds like greedy operators live there. Rather go other places.

Always disrespectful, 3 times in a row . 3 TIMES in a row they get my order wrong and they were mad " next time be more specific" bro you only have one type of chicken sandwich. They charge extra for things you didnt buy. Pizza also, the bottom was doughy. Worst place ever. I dont recommend not even to my enemies. The old guy is the worst, always loud and disrespectful hope they will go out of business as soon as possible

The owner (old man) is very discourteous and is temperamental. We bought qty 10 of the bread which he sells for $3.65 each. When reached home, found 4 of those in the package with burnt and holes. Brought it back and the owner showed his disgust and slammed the returned ones on the chair and rudely told us to take the replacement. And then added, "these are hand made, who do you expect?" Well I have news for you. Hand made does not mean short changing the customers. You better change your work ethics. At least you have lost one customer and I will advise my friends and community people to be cautious of the owner. If you like to be shouted upon, then by all means go but I am totally boycotting this man and his bakery. Do go if you want to be insulted.Worst customer service.

This is my kind of place-- a taste of another country without a passport, long flight, or concerns about, ahem, bombs. The young man at the counter was shy, sweet, the older willing to offer suggestions on the best nuts, breads, or pastries. Favorites: I love the raisin cookies. I could eat them all day every day. My mom didn't care for the hint of saffron. The breakfast cookies-- same. Great flatbreads-- tender, chewy, grain-filled. My mom loved that.
The marble halva brings me back to Tarver's Delicacies, a favorite childhood find. Jams, teas, kulfi ice cream ( cream, cardamom, pistachio, saffron?)
We decided to try their flatbread pizza. We got the Persian and will get it again soon. Yum! Flavorful meats and veg. Familiar, yet exotic. My mom loved it, raved about it, my son, less so. Maybe because the olives?
Helpful hint: get a fresh, on the back counter, flatbread and eat it with the eggplant spread from the Euro store across the parking lot. Love it and It was very popular at the last event we attended.
Enjoy!
