Best dosa place in Kirkland area. Quality and taste is really good. It’s quick service too. Would definitely visit again.

Dosa was crispy and average. Masala was spicy. No sambar with dosa. Place gave a tapri vibe…that was fun!

Took podi masala dosa. It was crispy. Taste was average. 10% discount if you pay in cash. On an average cost of dosa is $10 - $12. They give only chutni, no sambar.

The masala ghee dosa was awesome.
Upma pesarattu was quite soggy. Probably because it was made with green daal.
The punugulu was disappointing - clearly they were pre made and they just heated it.

The chutneys were awesome - both the regular and the chilli chutney.

The elderly couple are very sweet! Helped us with the menu. The ambiance itself is minimalistic. Just a bunch of chairs and a single table in the open. Can’t imagine eating there in rainy winters.

But definitely going there for pure authentic masala dosa again!

The dosa came out hot, golden, and perfectly crisp, with a buttery, spiced potato filling that was rich and comforting. The chutneys—creamy coconut, spicy tomato, and cooling mint—were fresh and flavorful. This wasn’t just a good dosa—it was next level. Babai Dosa nails it with bold, authentic flavors that make it easily one of the best Indian spots I’ve ever tried.

Absolutely Amazing Dosa – A Must-Try Gem Near Costco Kirkland!

If you're anywhere near the Costco in Kirkland, do yourself a favor and stop by Babai Dosa Food Truck — just 5 minutes away and completely worth it. This place is an absolute treasure for anyone craving authentic, delicious South Indian flavors.

I tried their dosa, and wow — crispy on the outside, perfectly soft inside, and bursting with flavor. The chutneys were fresh, rich, and absolutely on point. It’s clear they put a lot of love and care into their food. You can taste the authenticity in every bite.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they really made the experience feel warm and personal. You don’t often find that kind of service at a food truck!

Whether you're a dosa lover or new to South Indian food, Babai Dosa is a must-try. This place is more than just a food truck — it’s a culinary experience. Highly, highly recommended!

My experience at Seattle's food truck continues to be disappointing. I would really want to give a better rating to this food truck run by elderly couple but I have to be objective about my experience.

The ponnugulu had hair, the Dahi Puri was a disaster - the curd had a bad taste and I almost felt pukish. The dosa was decent but it could have used a bit more salt. Their chutneys were really good though.

It's true that coming to a south Indian food truck, it is stupidity to ask for Dahi Puri but why do you even have that in your menu ? There is no chat masala, no tamarind chutney.

Don't expect hygiene at this place. It is very possible that my day was off and my experience was bad. But even on a good day probably this place can be 3.5 at best.

I visited Babai Dosa with an open mind and, to my surprise, it was one of the most unique dosas I’ve had in a long time. I tried the Babai Dosa, and it was exceptional. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before. I highly recommend trying it out. Plus, it’s very reasonably priced.
