Paneer dosa was excellent, fortified with ghee. Peanut chutney was good. Podi dosa was very good, crisp with tasty podi.

Sambar was not advertised so didn't expect it, but having hot sambar for the cold day would take this dosa spot to the next level.

This food truck has a simple, focused menu and serves up classic dosas with generous portions. There’s no seating area, so it’s more of a grab-and-go experience, and wait times can be a bit long—we waited about an hour. The food has a homemade quality that keeps you coming back. I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu, and they do add quite a bit of ghee to each dosa, it adds a nice richness to the flavor.
