This place has really gone downhill. I used to order from here at least twice a week, even though the prices were comparable to fast food. The quality used to justify the higher cost. But the last two times, the food has been terrible. Today, I ordered keto tacos on DoorDash. The tacos had no meat and weren't even Birria. The cheese taco was overcooked and greasy. It's disappointing to see the owner seemingly taking advantage of their growing popularity. I also don't appreciate being asked for a tip on to-go orders from a food truck with no service.

Unfortunately… this place was great but moved and changed. Beef bouillon is not Birria and the burrito now has a mayo slaw in it. Would not go back. Used to be great.

This is it. We finally stopped by and it was the best decision of the week! The birria meat is delicious across all dishes, soft with just enough bite for texture, flavorful with just a hint of smokiness. Spiced but not hot-spicy for the local crowd, thankfully they served some grilled seranos alongside our tacos that ramped up the heat. Green salsa was my fave, but the red had some good heat. We ordered waaay too much for 2 people: 3 cheese tacos, birria fries (absolutely covered in meat), and a birria torta. The torta was nearly the size of a dinner plate and was excellent as leftovers for lunch x2 (tip: remove lettuce+tomato, wrap in foil, put in 350 oven for about 30min, add back cold stuff and enjoy). We'll absolutely be coming back!

I ordered the loaded frys and unfortunately the meat tastes like dog meat. It's bad. I fell in love with this place in Burien. Unfortunately the other locations I have tried have just fell short. The federal way location is better then this.

I was so happy to find that they have a spot closer to home, I usually drive to Everett once a week to buy tacos. I wish it was an actual restaurant but I doesn’t matter the food is delicious and the staff are always friendly. Just come prepared for the weather, they have a canopy for the rainy days but it doesn’t protect from the cold.
