Worst customer service! Read their reviews before deciding to spend your evening at blush! I’d highly recommend ‘Blush’ to be renamed as ‘Shenanigans’. It suits them and they know why! (It’s the most used word on their vocab when responding to valuable customers rudely!) You no longer blush when you are at blush, but you will deal with their shenanigans at to be called ‘shenanigans’.

This is the best hookah lounge in WA, I've been to a lot of busy hookah lounges before, but this one is in a different league... They have the best hookahs and the service is great you can feel that the guys are working out of love and passion... No robotic vibes here. They also have a ton of flavors, Russian tobacco, Indian/Pakistani blends, and they’re always bringing in new ones. You never get bored or stuck on the same flavor because there’s always something fresh and new to try.

Service was super slow and unorganized. We waited a long time just to be acknowledged, and had to constantly wave staff down. The place wasn’t clean (sticky tables, dirty floors, gross bathroom), and the music was so loud we could barely talk. Staff were supper rude and careless. For the prices they charge, it’s just not worth it. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this place.

Blush is a great place to hang and chill with friends. The atmosphere and service is amazing. Hookahs are the best in greater area. I’ve tried many places but no other place comes as close to Blush. The customer service is great and the owner is very friendly and welcoming.

Service has been becoming pathetic and guys loosing business because of bad attitude. They don't have the minimum courtesy and lack customer ethics. Charging the customers without even giving the services, double check your bills if you end up here. Never coming back again! Your response clearly shows the attitude... People looking for the place will review this as well! I'm not in the mood to delete the review. The count of views has just been increasing and there is sense of validation.

“Amazing vibe and top-notch service!” I had a great time at Blush Lounge in Kirkland. The place looks beautiful inside very clean, elegant, and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The hookah was smooth, flavorful, and lasted a long time without getting harsh. Music and lighting were perfect for chilling with friends.
I really like how the atmosphere feels more high-end than most hookah bars around it’s comfortable and classy at the same time. Definitely one of the best spots in the area if you want good vibes and great service. I’ll 100% be coming back!
