Great place with European cuisine. In Brix I've tried only white house wine and it is good, but I go there not for wine but for food. Menu fits one page plus daily (or weekly?) little additions list from chef. And all our orders so far were delicious. Kuddos to Chef for all awesome sauces that gives outstanding taste even for mashed potatoes. Portion size here is just enough for one person. Family favorite picks: scallops, salmon, duck from chef's list, house-burger,...
Their salmon glaze was pretty damn tasty. Salmon was cooked perfectly and served over a bed of spinich and mashed potatoes. The peanut pesto aioli for the calamari was very interesting, but needed a touch more salt.
Went for a really nice and well serviced dinner at Brix. Our server was fantastic, on top of everything, couldn’t ask for better. The pear and gorgonzola salad was great. Chicken pot pie was super as was the chicken marsala. Excellent creme brûlée and apple bread pudding to finish with. Comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere all around! Well done!
