Chan's Place is a very satisfactory Chinese place. I was debating between 3 and 4 stars, and they won me over to 4. Restaurant is clean and bright, with colorful fish swimming in a tank and Chinese music playing over the speakers. The steamed dumplings were not bad at all. Orange chicken was good, with big chunks of tender chicken and a sweet and tangy sauce. Mu Shu Pork was standard, but pretty good. A highlight was the stir fried green beans - outstanding! Service is prompt and friendly, even on a Friday evening. Prices are reasonable. It's not world class grub, but it can hit the spot if you are jonesing for some American style Chinese food.

MUST READ TO THE END. First off the food is really good, better then any other asian fast food place out there. You can order it spicy for some added heat or normal if you have little ones or don’t like spicy food. You can call in which is what we did or eat in. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is “normally” very friendly, that being said we had an issue picking up our food Friday night. We ordered it over 45mins earlier and it still was not ready, when we arrived. It was 6pm and the restaurant was almost empty, the weekend rush had not arrived yet so I don’t know why we had to wait. If I could change one thing it would be to have a sign at the desk that says all “prepaid” orders form a line here or please wait in line. We were lucky enough to get a rude employee who said get in line, this is a perfect example for a teachable moment. He didn’t say, please let me check your order or I’ll go check on it for you once I finish with this group who has decided to split their bill four different ways (OMG). Thank goodness our prepaid food was late and not ready for another 20 mins, or it would be ice cold by the time we got home. I give them a 3 stars, because of the rudeness and the long wait. The sad thing is this could have been 5 stars, but we will never know until I will go back and update my review on my next visit. Cheers

Did you ever see that movie "Kiss of the Dragon" starting Jet Li and Bridget Fonda? Where he's an assassin and stays at an old mans business who makes different colored bags of chips? Haha well the chips they make are shrimp chips. And if you order fried shrimp of the menu here you get a few. But an awesome under known secret is for a few dollars they will let you order a container of the addictive things. Best thing EVER!!

I ordered through door dash? And those guys forgot my cream cheese thingys!! You sons of bitches! Now I have a thousand questions!! Is the meat ACTUALLY chicken? Or possum? Everything is flavorless and stale!! Oh, they'll gladly take your hard earned money. But they don't give you a damn worthwhile thing for it! And they'll get your order wrong!! Just a bunch of rich bullies who can't cook preying on the little guy!

The worst service! Nicky, the host was sooooo rude!!! I was there with two young kids, we were seated. I asked not to be right next to kitchen. And a young lady let us sit at exactly same size table but few tables down. 5 minutes later Nicky came over and told us that someone requested the table we have been sitting in and asked us to move back to the table by the kitchen!! She was so rude, and disrespectful! And when I wouldnt make my family and two young kids move she kicked us out. I WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN TO NEVER EAT HERE. The rudeness and disrespect by this Nicky woman was humiliating and uncalled for. I will be speaking to the manager/owner! CORRECTION....this was the Woodinville location!

Worse than panda express, waited 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready for some weak sauce food.
Very disappointing. Honey chicken heavily breaded and swimming in sauce. Buddha delight unimaginative with no water chestnuts and marginally limp veggies. Tea had floaty shreds of something in it?! Yuck.

Just got off the phone with the girl named Nikki. I was attempting to place a carry out order for the first time here and was simply trying to understand the menu. Nikki was quite possibly the rudest girl I’ve ever spoken with while trying to place an order and spend money at the establishment. Very quickly and happily brought my business elsewhere due solely to this girl.

Place has been around since 1980 (kinda like me!) food is amazing, they have a new owner who really has improved the place, service is great, and the food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parking was tight it's on the back side of strip mall. Staff was attentive. I hate to be negative about food because it is subject to taste but it was dry and tough. We had the # 3 . Not somewhere for my taste
